The barrier island real estate market continued its summer breather with five transactions
recorded last week, including one for more than $1 million.

The top sale of the week was of a residence in Castaway Cove. The home at 891 Oyster Shell Lane
was placed on the market April 5 for $1.65 million. The sale closed on July 28 for $1.5 million.

The seller in the transaction was represented by Ashley Fletcher and Heather Pauley of Keller

new housing reports.
