‘Miracle Worker’ Tickets on Sale

Chipola Theatre will present “The Miracle Worker,” Oct. 17-20.
This classic tells the story of Anne Sullivan and her student,
blind and mute Helen Keller. The show will run Oct. 17-20. Tickets
are $10 for adults and $6 for ages 18 and under. The show plays
nightly at 7 p.m. with a Sunday, Oct. 20 matinee at 2 p.m.
Actors include: Shelby Brock as Helen, Sarah Grace Lockard
as Anne Sullivan, Phillip Bridges as Doctor, Caroline King as Kate,
Drew Kelly as Captain Keller, Ella Goksen as Martha, Miles Goksen
as Percy, Gwyneth Davis as Aunt Ev, Dorian Chancey as James
Keller, Elijah Wells as Anagnos, Madison Smith as Miney, Julian
Cope as Servant, Katee Brown and Chandler King as young Jimmie
and Voices. Blind girls are played by: Kodibeth Bates, Emmalyn
Johnson, Gracyn Johnson and Alysa Shaw.

Chipola Awards Scholarships on Storm Anniversary

The Chipola Foundation hosted a Hurricane Michael Recovery event made generous donations to help many of these students. We are hopeful

Four former Chipola baseball stars are starring in the Major League Baseball’s
postseason which began Oct.3:Patrick Corbin—Washington Nationals,Russell Martin:
Los Angeles Dodgers, Tyler Flowers—Atlanta Braves and Adam Duvall—Atlanta
Braves.
Chipola head coach Jeff Johnson is happy to see his former players go on to play
at such a high level. “I’m proud of what these guys have accomplished both on and off
the field since leaving Chipola,”said Jeff Johnson.“Getting to the playoffs and having a
chance to win the World Series is the ultimate prize for every player.Hopefully we will
have a former Chipola Indian wearing a nice,big ring when theWorld Series concludes”.

Chipola competes at TCC Invite

Chipola Student Support Services students recently attended Florida A & M University The Chipola cross country team
annual fall college preview day. The program provided an opportunity for transfer competed in the Tallahassee Community
