MY FUTURE
JOB AS A
TEACHER

Teacher is a person who has their own
passion to provide education to their
students. Teachers are known as people with
noble character who impart knowledge
wholeheartedly without asking for anything
in return from their students. As for me,
teacher is such an angel who take people
out from darkness and build our noble
personality.Being a teacher is one of my big
dreams since I was child, because I want to
educate student to be a good person and
useful to society and country.This dream
makes me become more dilligent to study as
much as possible so that I can become a
teacher who lead their students towards
goodness and sucess.I also felt the criteria
of an educator was in me when I taught my
younger siblings about subjects they did not
understand.

First and foremost, being a good teacher
must be good in communicate and listening . A
teacher must be prepared with excellent

communication and listening skills. This is for
the teacher to better understand their
students, not just academically but also in
terms of their development. In addition
tocommunicating with their students,
teachers must listen to and care for their
students' physical and emotional needs. If
the the teacher can master both of these
skill, they will be able to help their
students advance academically and
curiculum- wise. Thus, being a good in
communication and listening is a requirement
to become a teacher.

In addition, a good teacher also must have
empathy and patience.These essential traits
for a teacher bacause they focus not only
on academics but also creating and nurturing
a student's identity, which changes on a
daily basis. Moreover, a teacher must be
able to understand and share the emotions
of their students, as they are not all the
same and differ based on their
characteristic. They must also learn to be

patient as there will be be unexpected
problems in their line of work. They could
feel the students' plight for assistance by
displaying empathy and patience. I still
believe that empathy and patience are
essential characteristic for a teacher.

Moving to the next point, a good teacher
must have adaptability as a trump card. This
is due to the abstract pattern of teaching ,
in which teachers must gain insight into
modern aspects of life in order to teach not
only better, but also efficiently and
reasonably to the target student. To make
their teaching sessions more efficient,
teachers can use software and electronic
devices . It could also be caused by younger
generations who are now technology
dependent, and teachers must examine the
students' trend of studying not only offline,
but also online.Uninteresting and boring
learning methods will cause students to be
disinterested in learning and this will cause
them to be unable to understand what is

being taught. The use of technology in
education can indeed make students more
comfortable and not look bored because the
delivery of information through sophisticated
technology will show diversityand interesting
modernity will open the minds of students
and they will be happy to gain knowledge.
Teachers can do this by developing new
study techniques that will pique student's
interest. I believe that adaptability is a
necessary chacrateristic for a teacher.

As a conclusion,teachers are people with
noble character. They give knowledge to
people with a sincere heart. The criteria of
a great teacher plays an important role in
forming a good human personality for
universal well-being. As a future teacher, I
should always learn throughout of my lives
because I want to improve myself in order to
be able to serve a true knowledge to my
student.I know there are many ups and
downs that will go through to become a

successful teacher.However, this is not an
obstacle for me to continue trying to become
one of the educators in the
future.Therefore, we should respect and
make teachers as role models who lead us
towards a better life because we know that
being a teacher is not easy.The day will not
be bright without light as well as the life
which there will be no success without the
help of a teacher in our life.
