Solaria Labs Visitor Guide

Solaria Labs

Solaria Labs is dedicated space located within WeWork South Station
in Boston launched by the Personal Insurance (PI) Innovation team.
Sitting in the space are PI employees tasked with developing new
transformational products and services in areas of importance for our
customers, for example, from connected home to next generation
vehicles. WeWork allows the Innovation team access to 400+ startups,
new ideas and approaches that will help shape and launch new
ventures.

This effort also includes our incubator for up-and-coming startup
companies where we provide them space and access to industry
information, mentorship, distribution and potentially funding. Please
visit www.libertymutual.com/innovation to learn more.

We invite Liberty Mutual employees to visit Solaria Labs to learn from
and/or work alongside our lab teams and incubator companies. This
guide provides more details how you can do so.

Building Access When you arrive at WeWork, please tell the
WIFI front desk you are visiting WeWork and they
will give you a guest pass.

If you arrive between 9AM-6PM, the security
team will tell you to check in on the 8th floor
of WeWork, but if you know your destination
(e.g. Solaria Labs, conference room) you can
go straight there. If this is your first visit or
you are unsure of where to go, please
contact Kelsie Shea.

If you plan to arrive before 9AM or after 6PM,
please let Kelsie Shea know ahead of time.
Since the WeWork management team does
not work outside of these hours, a member
has to let their guests in.

If you have a guest keycard, you can access
the building and all WeWork floors at any
time.

Network: WeWork or WEWORK
