Insight to Light Your Way
Clinical Integration
A physician led system (or network) where patients flow from site to site, based
on preference and clinical need, followed by clinical records and a unified care plan.
UPA’s network of independent physicians provides a higher degree of effective
care coordination which leads to the ability to deliver greater quality of care.
UPA is committed to ensure quality while controlling cost.
“CI Impact” newsletter provides important communications to UPA members
regarding health care delivery teams, evidence based practice, care management,
outpatient pathways and a large variety of important clinical integration necessities.
