We make a living by

“what we get, but we make
”a life by what we give.

Alice Mullis Dickens Memorial Clock, given in her memory
by her husband and children, is located near the center of
campus and chimes on the hour. Dedicated on November
17, 2015, it has quickly become an iconic symbol for special
photographs to be taken on campus.

What’s in a Name?

There are many names that make-up the legacy of North
Carolina Wesleyan College. Typically they are followed by
words like building, dorm, lab, gymnasium, center, classroom
and auditorium. When you permanently link your name to
the campus, you will enhance the experiences and learning
environments that benefit our students each day.
Affirm your dedication and belief in NC Wesleyan’s mission
through a naming opportunity.

Inspire Reflection and
Create Memories with
a Campus Bench

Wesleyan is a campus rich in natural backdrops and
landscaping. Whether resting after a brisk walk or
reflecting on notes between classes, fond memories
and friendships are made on these beautiful benches.

At NC Wesleyan, reflection or careful thoughts are a
crucial part of a student’s growth and development.
Increase these opportunities by naming a bench
on campus.

Enrich the Living
Environments
Across Campus

At NCWC, the learning environment not only
involves the classroom, but includes every aspect
and place on campus.
The time spent on campus during college, regardless
of the activity, contributes to the well-rounded
education we call “The Wesleyan Experience”.
Make an impact on that experience for current and
future students by naming a campus landmark like
the newly renovated cafeteria, the patio adjacent
to the bookstore or a study/conference room in the
library… just to name a few.
Plaques and recognitions for your generous gift
vary depending on the size and location of the
naming opportunity.

Make Dreams Become
Reality Through
Scholarships

Creating an Endowed Scholarship fund affords
future students the opportunity to receive an
extraordinary education at NC Wesleyan that,
otherwise, may not have been financially possible.
Endowed Scholarships can provide support to the
College, and impact students’ lives, for generations
to come. Acknowledge your belief in higher
education by giving a gift that keeps on giving.
