SEVENTECH DESIGN known as Seventech Global Sdn Bhd , our
company established since 2010 . We are a company established for
more than 10 years , we started as a construction company with our
own contractor team. In 2015 we expanded our services with new
design department recruited the most creative & innovative team . In
2018 we have joint venture with Format Design Sdn Bhd , a Factory
producing custom made carpentry works,as this make Seventech
Design a leap to a complete one stop turn key total solution.

PROJECT

Interior design projects are not justcompleted, they have a
finished appearance. It is the target that should bereached by
interior designers in everyproject. However, there are some things
that need to be considered before it can beachieved. Interior
design project consists of sensibility for commercial spaces and
also designs depend on the use of it, because both of them will
affect the design process. The basic stuffs neededfor interior
design are color psychology, furniture positioning and
composition, art selection, floor space planning and wall
decorations among others. These needs can be identified in any
project as well as many other areas that may emerge lateron.

much ! The contemporary platform bed features classic lines that look timeless, but with
an updated design. And yes, just like its name implies, make no mistake, it i s a plat form
bed. No box spring or mattress set is needed.

Modern and Contemporary living is an image the designers strive for in their projects.
This is achieved through finding elegant spaces in which every feature has been addressedin
order to create a home that exudes the spirit of the time while providing comfort andease in
the modern world. Furniture should still be impeccably made but it should also beas inviting
as possible, emphasizing the spaciousness of the living area through openshelving, large
windows and generous footings. Dining tables made of solid walnut anddesigned to face each
other in a jaunty fashion are very nicely done if they enhance thecomfort of the room.

In our project, we used neutral tones -
fabric texture wall paneling and blue
bed head to create a soothing ambience
to the room. The decor is very comfortable
and does not cause a lot of noise - as long
as the room is free of un necessary details

to distract kids from studying.

Exterior designers are professionals, who produce ideas to make
your outdoor design unique, practical and aesthetically pleasing;
whilst remaining within budget. Exterior design provides a
sophisticated compliment to the architecture of a dwelling, o r
space. By integrating Nature and man-made structures, the home
can be expanded into the outdoors. The functional outcome must
blend effectively with surrounding greenery, fountains or features
in order to create an environment that is suitable. and comfortable
for quality outdoor time and family or home entertainment
functions.

WHAT IS MODERN RUSTIC ?

The key to a modern rustic space is an open
floor plan, modern furniture, and preserved
and exposed natural architectural elements.
The color scheme is very simple with large
windows bringing the outdoors in. This style
has an informal elegance – comfortable and
modern living at its best!
