I’ve had various responsibilities with Taco Bell, La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill, Carl’s Jr. and others. I have had the fortune to
work on both franchise and company sides of the hospitality industry. As Director of Franchise Operation for La Salsa my
responsibilities were vast. In my 16 year tenure I was responsible for opening over 50 restaurants across the United States.
Assisted Marketing department with implementation. It was my responsibility to ensure Operations excellence and menu
implementation for all franchise units. I maintained operational compliance and standards via scheduled H.Q.S.C. reports.
I used my fluent Spanish to train and develop opening teams for restaurant opening. Served as Vice President of Operations
for the Natural Café in Santa Barbara. We are currently adding value to all levels of restaurant operations to numerous brands.

results driven performance over the course of his career. As an owner operator of La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill, Steve developed
three locations in South Florida. In addition, he served as President of the La Salsa Fresh Mexican Grill Franchise Association
representing over 50 locations. Steve skill sets include new restaurant opening operations, operational assessment, profit and
loss, training systems, menu development, and hospitality development. Steve has deep background in fast casual, casual
theme, and fine dining. Steve currently sits on the Board of the American Liver Foundation.

print solutions to meet the needs of all the brands that we represent. I have been a leader in the print production industry
for almost 20 years. My department partners with Brand Development to continually ensure that our customers’ brands are
represented at their best when printed. We also specialize in finding creative marketing strategies to further develop our
customers’ brand image while also looking at the bottom line to continually find cost savings. Whether your business is

previously with WW Grainger as a sales executive focusing on military bases in Kern, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura counties.
