The Omo Valley lies in the south and this tour takes you through Mago National park. The Karo, Mursi and Hamar tribes live

primarily as pastoralists near the Omo River. The Mursi are known for their lip plates, earlobes and stick fighting (Donga). The

Hamar women are striking; wearing beautiful colorful beads and goatskins, ornate necklaces, and metal bangles around their wrist

and ankles and crowns of long dread-lock braids covered in ocher. Hamar are also famous for their ritual Bull jumping. The Karo

tribe is known for elaborate body painting. These tribes and their unique and symbolic cultures are fascinating.
