CHECK-IN
Our official check in time is 14.00 hrs. If you are arriving early, our Restaurants, Fitness Centre and Kid club are
available to use while you are waiting to check-in. However, we will do our best to try and have your room ready. If you
would like to guarantee early check in before 14.00 hrs. subject to Room Available but if you prefer guarantee early the
cost is one extra night’s charge.

CHECK-OUT

Check-out time is at noon 12.00 hrs. Please contact our Front Desk by dialing 1 if you require a late check-out. If you
would like to guarantee a late check-out, a charge equivalent to 50% of your room rate will apply for departures prior to
18.00 hrs. After 18.00 hrs. a charge equivalent to an extra night will apply. Please call our reception on dial 1 to find out
if a late checkout for your room can be arranged.

CHILDREN SERVICES

Our hotel offers many fun recreational activities for children, including Kid Club suitable for 4–9-year-olds. For more

DEPOSIT
Procedures:
1. All long stay reservations for less than 3 months, guests will be required to pay the total rental and 50% of monthly
rate for incidental deposit in advance.
2. For long stay 3 - 6 months, guests will be required to pay one-month advance rental and one month security deposit
plus 50% of monthly rate for incidental deposit prior to or on arrival.
3. Long stay 6 months or more will be required to pay one-month advance rental and two months security deposit plus
50% of monthly rate for incidental deposit prior to or on arrival.
4. For a short stay of less than a month the guest will be required to pay the total rental and THB 1,500/per night
deposit prior to or on arrival. The deposit cannot be over THB 15,000.
5. Guests should keep and maintain the receipt in good condition at all times.

GUEST SAFETY GUIDE

Important Announcement

Dear Guest,

The hotel is to inform you of your responsibility for your property in the case of loss or damage
according to article 675 of Thai Civil Law as follows:

1. The hotel will be held responsible for the guest’s property in case of loss or damage as follows:
1.1. The loss or damage occurs in the hotel.
1.2. If the property that is lost or damaged following the points 1.1 is money, gold, bonds, share certificates,
loan share certificates, jewel goods or other valuable items, the hotel shall take responsibility not over 5,000
Thai Baht (Five Thousand Thai Baht only) only if the guest has deposited his / her valuables within the
in-room safe.

2. The hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage by the following cases:
2.1. The case is beyond the control of the hotel.
2.2. The cause of residual value is less due to natural wear and tear.
2.3. The loss or damage is caused by the guest or his/her follower or his/her visitor.

HOLIDAY TIPS

Without wishing to state the obvious, we are obligated to make the following comments:

1. To ensure your privacy, the hotel staff members are trained not to disclose any information about
registered guests i.e., room numbers or names to any third person. They are also trained to confirm
the identity of any guest who asks to be let into a guest room without a key.

2. In accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, gambling is prohibited in all areas of the
hotel.

3. The hotel will refuse entry to outside vendors.
4. Guests are advised to use the in-room safes to keep their valuables including mobile phones,

cameras and computers. The resort is not responsible for any loss of cash or other valuable items.
Large items can be left for safekeeping with our Guest Service Department.
5. Showing large amounts of cash will be a temptation. Please carry as little cash as possible and
charge services to your billing account.
6. Please keep a close eye on your personal belongings when in public areas both inside and outside
the hotel.
7. Please contact Guest Services for any LOST or FOUND articles. Items left unclaimed will be
disposed of after 3 months.
8. When entering or leaving your room, please double check to ensure that your door is properly shut
as your doors do not close automatically.
9. When in your room, double check that your door is locked.
10. Always ascertain through the door viewer who is outside. Do not admit strangers into your room.
Any suspicious person should be reported to our Guest Services department immediately.
11. When you are unsure of an employee’s identity, please call the Guest Services department.

INSTRUCTION IN CASE OF FIRE

FIRE SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS

Smoking is not allowed in the guest rooms. Please take note on how you would vacate your room when it is dark
or if there is smoke.

Please remember the location of the fire alarm and fire extinguisher.
Please make sure all cigarettes are properly extinguished before you leave your balcony or retire for the night.
The uses of heating appliances such as hot plates or burners are strictly forbidden in guest rooms and other areas
of the hotel. Know where your key is at all times.

EMERGENCY FLOOR PLAN

The Emergency Floor Plan is located at the back of your room door.
Should you have any problems with the electrical switches or sockets in your room,
please inform our Guest Services immediately.

In the event of fire - Report it immediately to the operator, extension “ 0 “
- Leave your room and take your key with you.
- Go to the corridor and make your way to the Lobby area.
- Above all, don’t panic. Help is on the way.

Fire Team - The hotel has a fire fighting team on duty permanently.
