then the DRR may contact an
MDIO or the respective regional

the Club’s payment status by going to
MyRotary> Club Administration >
Daily balance Report. Should there be a
requirement for any data related to
Club’s finances due to RI, the Club’s
are encouraged to seek help from
district leaders, MDIOs or contact the
respective RI regional office. For Clubs
in India, it is the Rotary International
South Asia Office (RISAO)

For subsequent invoice, the dues shall be calculated
as per club membership on the date of invoice.
However, it is worth noting that such subsequent
invoice shall also include prorated dues for
member(s) who joined and left the Club after the
previous invoice was raised.
Ex: In the case of Rotaract Club of example town.
The Club paid their dues as per the invoice on 1st
January 2023.
The Club reported a new member named Rohit on 2nd
January 2023. Rohit’s member dues will be included
in the January 2024 invoice and will be calculated
from his the date he was reported as a member in the
system (Rotary.org) which is 3rd January 2023.

Global Grants are funded
by TRF Contributions and
dues are not used for that
purpose. The dues collected
will be used for promoting
and supporting Rotaract
and improving members’
experience.
