MRS GROUP
NEWS SEPTEMBER 2016

Welcome to the MRS Group!
On Friday 30/09/2016 MRS Group successfully completed the Acquisition of Assets from SubZe-
ro Group Limited (full announcement can be read online at www.mrsplc.net).
I am looking forward to the future and the synergies of both the old SubZero (Now MRS Services
Group) and Bachmann Plant Hire with all that each brings.
Moving forward we should be able to cross pollinate a host of tasks and activities from machines
to staff. The sharing of information between the MRS Group is critical to our success. I foresee
great times ahead, with great enthusiastic personnel in a collaborative team environment.
One of the main things we will focus on will be safety across the board and as Sole Director of all
our Australian companies this is my number one goal that we have a safe work ethic and envi-
ronment for all our staff both in the office and in the field. Our goal is ZERO Harm with ZERO LTI’s.
Sincere thanks to everyone involved in the acquisition,

Paul Morffew
CEO | MRS Group

BPH WRAP UP

Michael Jabbour (MRS engineer) and Christopher Benbow (BDM) aim to utilize iSeek Plant’s full
functionality to engage in possible JV’s with smaller companies and cross hiring schemes as well
as other strategies to expand BPH to win further jobs. Included in the subscription purchase of
iSeek a google adwords campaign was included which has been effective in enhancing BPH vis-
ibility to the market and can be seen through more profile views and pricing requests through
the online platform.

BACHMANN PLANT HIRE – MEMBER SHOWCASE ON iSeeK

iSeek Plant has featured Bachmann Plant Hire as it “Member Showcase”! Learn how Lloyd Bachmann turned
BPH into one of QLD’s most respected firms, est. 1965. Read online at: http://bit.ly/BachmannP
A sneek peek on the article: Bachmann Plant
Hire is a Queensland company with a reputa-
tion for excellence. The company was found-
ed by Lloyd Bachmann, who bought a truck in
1958 and followed it up with a backhoe when
work began on the Swanbank Power Station.
While he initially had no idea how to operate
the backhoe, hours of practice and hard work
led to the formation of L& D Bachmann Plant
Hire in 1965. Bachmann was operated from the
family home in One Mile until Lloyd purchased
a depot site in West Ipswich in 1980. Around
this time, Lloyd’s son Greg joined the company,
and they worked on a number of key projects.

MRS SERVICES GROUP (SubZero) SEPT WRAP UP

CLIENT FEEDBACK:

The Supervisor of the Mammoth Project (sound attenuation
installation for the truck fleet) at Rio’s MTW has communi-
cated extremely positive feedback on the efforts of Caleb
Power, James Parish, Mark Lemire, Nathan Alexander and
Chris Forbes.
Their attitude to safety and punctuality were two of the
characteristics highlighted. Our employee’s approach to
safety is a significant reason for us receiving ongoing work
with our clients. This is great for the business and really appreciated.
WELL DONE!

SHOW YOUR SUPPORT FOR AN AMAZING CAUSE

HELP US GET TREATMENT FOR ELLA PICKETT

Ella was born with a condition called talipes (complex a-typical club foot)
which can affect one or both of a babies feet and in Ella’s case it’s both.
With her first treatment starting from a tiny two weeks old, she has had
many long trips in the car, long waits for doctors and specialist appoint-
ments and has endured 19 casts and two surgeries. All of this within 12
months of her life, and she is still not corrected or even close to where
she needs to be.
With weekly trips to Newcastle for the next few months, she has just
entered her third round of treatment starting with new casts from her
feet to her hips, she may still have another six cast and possibly another
surgery ahead of her, now and in the years to come. With every appoint-
ment being different and a new update of progress.
With these treatments comes a lot of physical, mental and emotional stress for her parents Kurt (who is part of the MRS Group) and
Leonie not to mention financial stress as well. They often travel to and from Sydney and Newcastle in a day to save money on accom-
modation and for Kurt to come back to work.
This donation cause was started as a way for people to show their support for Leonie, Kurt and Ella as this treatment will be ongoing
for some time. The ultimate goal is to get them to England which is home to Leonie where Ella can receive the best treatment possible
from a specialist they have been recommended to, with the added bonus of love and support from family and friends.
Anyone who knows Kurt and Leonie will know how much they love Ella and how they have taken this experience in their stride and
somehow stayed positive through it all. They are truly an amazing family. Let’s show our support and give Ella the best treatment pos-

sible, we all know she deserves it! Please head to: www.gofundme.com/2bp9zpg to donate to this amazing cause!

KNOW YOUR MACHINE

TYPE: Compactor
MANUFACTURER: Caterpillar
LENGTH: 22.5 ft
OPERATING WEIGHT: 20755 kg
GROSS POWER: 253.0 hp

The Cat 815F Series 2 is specifically designed for heavy-duty compaction operations.
THE C9 ACERT Engine delivers, at a rated speed of 2,100 rpm, net power of 173 kW (232 hp) and meets the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency Tier 3 emissions regulations and Stage IIIA EU Emissions Directive 97/68/EC.
With high horsepower and low displacement, this innovative engine provides excellent fuel economy and dura-
bility which can significantly reduce operating costs. The CAT 815’s turbocharger packs more dense air into the
cylinders for more complete combustion and lower emissions, improving performance and engine efficiency.
These benefits are especially useful at high altitudes. It has an air-to-air cooler that reduces smoke and emissions
by providing cooler inlet air for more efficient combustion. This also extends the life of the piston rings and bore.

prevent slips and falls and to protect workers below.”
