Includes Member Organization, Businesses, or Honoree who contribute $35.00 to congratulate their
honoree in the Event Program. Content is pre-formatted with name of honoree and the individual or
group name that is sponsoring the ad.

Full page - 7"w x 9"h
Half page - 7"w x 4.5"h
Quarter page - 3.5"w x 4.5"h
1/8 page or business card size - 3.5"w x 2"h. Only horizontal business cards accepted. Portrait
business cards must be reformatted to specific sizing standards.

Congratulatory ads are standard size and content preformatted. Contributors provide the name of the
honoree and who is submitting the ad.

All ads will be printed in black and white (B&W).

Image Format - Only ad submissions/images in either .PDF or .JPG formats are
accepted. Resolution must be 300 dpi.

Sponsorship Limitation(s)

A group of individuals or separate corporate/business sponsorship dollars cannot be combined to
increase a sponsorship level resulting in separate individual or organizations each receiving identical
sponsorship benefits based on total combined contribution. Member Organizations may combine
individual member or corporate/business dollars on their behalf contributing to a single sponsorship
level for the organization.
