1) Loss and Damages Return to Main Menu

If there are lost and/or damaged materials, register the incident and create an Incident Report.
Matecon Manager confirms the incident and signs the report.
QA&QC Manager confirms the incident and discusses the corrective measures with the person concerned.
(Section Manager)
With Matecon Manager, Incident Report is registered to PMT. (Pending site problem)
Discussed corrective measures of the Incident Report (scanned data) is stored in the system.
