Mayfield Gardens - During the 16 day Spring Festival the Hawkins Family opens its Private
Garden to visitors so this is your opportunity to explore the entire 160 acres of Mayfield. Get
lost in the traditional English inspired Maze, see the Croquet Court, the Chapel, the Chook
Hilton, the 80 metre Cascade with Temple and much more. In Spring, our row boats are available
on Mayfield Lake (at no additional cost) and interactive games are scattered throughout the
garden for your family and friends to enjoy.

DAY 2 - Thursday 7th Nov BLD

Gosford

After breakfast this morning, we go cruising on the Hawkesbury
Mail Boat, the famous Riverboat Postman, and enjoy the
magnificent scenery of the lower Hawkesbury River. The first
Riverboat Postman started the run in 1910, and the tradition
continues today with Hawkesbury Cruises, the current
custodian of this fabulous day trip. The skippers are locals who
have lived in the area their whole lives- be entertained by the
stories of the river whilst cruising in comfort up this spectacular
waterway. This afternoon, visit the Gosford Regional Gallery
and Edogawa Commemorative Garden. The gallery hosts a
diverse program of local, national and international exhibitions.
We enjoy dinner together this evening.

DAY 3 - Friday 8th Nov B

Gosford - Dubbo

This morning after breakfast, we head off to the largest private
Classic Car collection in Australia, Gosford Classic Cars. It
showcases approximately 400 cars, with a total value of over
$70 million. This is where you will be spending your morning
before we begin our travels back home.

Valley Gardens Christmas Lights Spectacular. It has become
a family tradition with millions of Christmas lights on display!

Everyone has a sweet tooth. If not, the chocolatiers
at The Hunter Valley Chocolate Company will certainly change
your mind.Their boutique chocolate and fudge factory offers a
unique range of chocolate and more than 30 flavours of fudge.
Your weekend of indulgences finishes this afternoon as we leave
the Hunter Valley and return to Dubbo.
