assigned to your project, you receive an abundance of services from one source. The
CES will be your one channel of communication for Supply Chain from inception to
completion. Whether the scope of work is Business as Usual or an in depth project
with many tiers, the CES will be your single point of contact.

The main goal of the CES is to improve serviceability and drive process
improvements. We want to make sure that we not only efficiently provide services but
that we also look for areas of improvement. Once the statement of work is complete
the CES will be the eyes and ears of the project. They will ensure that the project is
incepted into all necessary departments and act as a liaison across all boards.

Prior to Go-Live, the CES will work with CompuCom’s internal teams to
confirm the necessary tools, equipment (SKUs), services, First Articles needed, etc.
are in place. Each customer has their own Client Link Portal for ordering product and
tracking reporting in which the CES will manage. We offer a series of reports that can
be distributed automatically, or we can send you a custom report that fits your needs.

While the account is active, the CES will work with all of the branches
involved specific to the scope of work outlined. Some of the CES services include
ensuring all SLO/SLA requirements are met, providing asset management, overseeing
depot and configuration services, tracking inbound/outbound shipments and
communicating all client specific interests to appropriate teams.
