proGRAM

15 committed ASBA member pairs successfully completed the ASBA
Mentoring Program run in 2019. This is the second year ASBA has
run our Mentoring program and the first using the services of Art of
Mentoring and their excellent platform. The majority of our Mentors
have agreed to sign up again, so we are looking for some extra
Mentors (up to 7 more) and up to 20 Mentees.

The ASBA 2020 Mentoring Program covers a period of ten months
and will facilitate mentoring relationships allowing experienced ASBA
members (5+ years in the industry) to share advice, knowledge and
experience with mentees (2+ years), resulting in a mutually beneficial
professional development relationship. The Program will establish
links between experienced members and members who are seeking
opportunities for career and professional development and aims to
match Mentees with Mentors who are in a position to appropriately
assist them with their career development and advancement.

* Entry to the program by Mentees and Mentors
will be by application. *

The Program will begin in early February 2020 and end in December
2020, with applications to be received from early November 2019
and by the end of December 2019. * Cost $500 per Mentee (plus
GST), No Cost to Mentor
