About BCM | The Boss Club of Malaysia 2020

大马企业家协会Boss Club创立于2011年，是以共同分享企
业经营模式与心得及建立和谐家庭为本，结合一群志同道
合的成功企业家而创立的非营利性和不带有政治利益的组
织机构。本会从马来西亚柔佛州新山为起点，网罗本区域
及本地精英企业家加入，组织规模日益强大。
大马企业家协会定期为会员举办多姿多彩的活动，促进会
员间及家庭成员间的和睦关系。此外，本会也广邀著名企
业家总裁或高层领导人，政府单位的高官及专业人士，通
过轻松简单的圆桌交流会方式，分享市场讯息及讨论未来
经济走势。每年我们也踏足海外，观摩与考察海外市场的
发展趋势。对内则主办各类课程提升会员的知识素养及提
供各类深具挑战性的企业学习课程，协助会员企业与时并
进，开拓创新，携手迈向国际企业平台。本会也致力培养
健康积极的企业第二代，传承本会优良传统，延续壮大本

会长创刊号

随着大马企业家协会第五届理事团队的诞生，我们再接再厉推
出了第一份属于本会的电子报。对内不但能让会员们了解本会当前
与未来的资讯，对外则可借助电子报作为宣扬本会的企业精神及成
为与外界沟通的桥梁。本会的电子报将会记录本会过往所举办过的
活动花絮，还会预报未来活动的动向，让会员们预先安排时间参与
活动。

今年我们理事团队由署理会长辅佐，5位副会长及理事们组成六
个小组，包括招募会员，企业交流，对内及对外资源整合，学习与
教育，康乐和夫人组。团队们积极筹备全年活动，2019年11月我们
的教育学习组与企业组联手策划了中国厦门企业考察团，涉足海外
市场，务求打造高效且务实的贸易平台，活动圆满进行。

“立百业根基，传万代责任”是我们第五届理事会的口号，借此机
会鼓励我们企业第二代加入参与本会的活动，引导大家以积极及正
确的方向迈进。坚定信心与毅力，传承并永续我们的企业精神与理
想。未来的日子里，我也会带领大家涉足公益慈善活动，奉献爱心
帮助社会上弱势群体，扶弱济贫，回馈社会。我将秉承本会的使命
与职责带领大马企业家协会以正向及积极的企业家精神为社会做出
贡献。

大马企业家协会于2019年7月4日
举行第5届理事会就职典礼，由会
长拿督黄俊明带领理事宣誓。同
时，我们也与新加坡现代企业管
理协会和Boss Group Limited订下
协会之间合作与发展的主题，并
签订战略联盟协议，实现姐妹会
结盟。

Bubble Tea Business Sharing with Youth BCM

16th July 2019
此活动诚意感谢本会会长拿督黄俊明提供场所让本会会员的第二代
前来参与奶茶经营交流会。此活动邀请了会长本人和海外特别嘉宾
– 世界级著名奶茶者也是台湾奶茶业里的精英分享，让青年组学习
了很多关于奶茶业里的经营知识与理念。
The bubble tea business sharing with the youth group of BCM was
successfully held at venue sponsored by President Dato’ Wong Choon
Meng. We have also invited world-renowned bubble tea operator, also
the top bubble tea leader in Taiwan to share with us about their
management philosophy and industry knowledge.

Industry 4.0 & Automation Seminar

18th July 2019

会员们出席了马来西亚兴业金融公司（MIDF）早前于Trove Johor
Bahru举办的一场针对《国家工业政策4.0》的半日讲座会。此外，
会员们也了解到MIDF的低息贷款计划，将提供商家拓展业务的协助。

Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Bhd (MIDF) at Trove Johor

Bahru. During the seminar, MIDF has shared with us about the various

soft loan schemes available to support local companies on automation

and modernization.

2020年度财政预算案说明会
Budget 2020 Talk

16th October 2019
2020年度财政预算案已于早前公布，为此本会学习组举办这场说明
会，让本会会员们了解大马经济的最新进展，第一时间掌握政府的
政策意图和目标。感谢我们的财政长Mr Goh Hen Yee 来自YYC
Holdings S/B百忙之中应邀担任此次说明会讲师。
Following the announcement of Budget 2020 on 11th October, BCM has
hosted a briefing talk to share with members about the latest
development outlook of Malaysia economy. Special thanks to Treasurer
Mr. Goh Hen Yee from YYC Holdings Sdn Bhd for his insightful
sharing as the speaker of the day.

Business Tour in Xiamen, China

3-7th November 2019
本会企业部与学习部联合举办海外考察团。行程包括参与博览交易
会、企业拜访、企业对接活动和官方拜访。通过这次的考察与交流，
本会会员深入了解厦门的整体投资情况和营商环境，这能为企业带
来更大的发展，将事业扩展至海外。
BCM Enterprise and Education Group has co-organised an overseas
business trip to China, itinerary includes visiting business exhibition,
corporate visit, business matching activities and officials visit. Through
the visit, our members have learnt about the overall investment and
business climate in Xiamen, which is useful for our local business to
expand overseas.

境下继续奋斗，让身在前线的医护人员

行事历 Upcoming Activities

2020年3月16日
马来西亚首相丹斯里慕尤丁根据《1988年疾病控制法令》
及《1967年警察法令》正式颁布行动管制令。社团注册局
也向所有注册的社团及组织等宣布禁止进行一切项目活动
、会议、聚会及常年大会等，直到6月30日。为了应对
2019冠状病毒病疫情，本会也全力配合政府发出所有大型
活动都必须展延或取消后的指示。故此本会将展延受影响
的活动直至另行通知。
