permanent Staffing
• For Entry level (0 to 4 years)8.33% of the annual CTC

• For Middle level (4 to 8 years) 10.00% of the annual CTC
• For senior level (8 to 12 years)12.00% of the annual CTC
• For senior level (12 to 15 years)15.00% of the annual CTC
Above fifteen years of experience the payment will be discussed on case to case basis
Service tax (any other taxes and duties at the time of billing) extra as applicable from time to time.
The above said terms are worked on the basis of actual Annual ‘Cost to Company’ inclusive of all fixed
components and PF, medical and LTA, etc as offered to the candidate at the time of joining

Contract Staffing

The firms’ employees’ on a permanent basis or contract basis. It is calculated as a percentage
(typically 10 – 20%) or ratio of the employee’s annual salary.

This fee is assessed at ANY point within the contract assignment the client

ADDITION to any other liquidated damages fee that may be assessed if client chooses to hire staffing firms’
