About PTeS

Greetings to you on behalf of the PeopleTree Family, PeopleTree Education
Society’s College of Business Administration bridges the gap between desk based
Learning, Intellectual acceptance and onsite experiences. We strive for PRECISION
in all we do.
At PTeS we prepare students for life. We strongly believe in experiential learning.
PeopleTree Education Society’s College of Business Administration is a “Place of
learning” where intellects march triumphantly.

ABOUT SARTHAAN’18

The International Level Management Event aims at providing a platform which
will help the students interact with the community at a large. This community
includes students from other reputed colleges, judges (Senior Personnel from
Industry and academicians) and local representatives of chamber of commerce.

Some of the themes in the recent years were ‘The Social Media Revolution’,
‘Foreign Direct Investment’ and ‘The changing behavior of the Indian consumer in
FMCG sector. ‘Present yourself online’ & ‘Future is Myth.’

The games in Sarthaan revolve around namely Best manager, Marketing, Finance,
Human resource, and Entrepreneur. The rounds for the games depends on the
current issues happening in the world taking global as a platform.
Sarthaan’18 will be the first International management festival in north Karnataka
and in Belagavi.

PRESIDENTIAL REMARKS

There is no much difference between knowledge and education, as both are co-
related to each other, in-fact one leads to another. Education is acquired through
formal learning whereas; knowledge is acquired by experiential learning.
We, at PTeS with Sarthaan, trying to make a perfect blend, i.e., provide
knowledge that is not easily available in classroom learning and practical exposure
that will add value to the existing knowledge at the least.
This is important, because I personally believe that education and knowledge
together lay a very strong foundation for success.

THE ERA OF LIBERAL

The very society from which the individual is inseparable is using its whole
irresistible force to persuade the individual that he is indeed separate.
There’s a point in every entrepreneur’s journey when hesitancy melts away and
boldness masters the way. In the context of sociability, not bound by orthodox
either accept the circumstances the way they are or have the courage to change
them. Now is the time to cognizant the world and illuminate the essence of
liberalism. We invite you to join hands with us and help us impact the world
positively.

Being persistent and energetic by temperament. He is the one who demonstrates
an intrinsic brand of optimism. Jabara has the zeal to de-mystify the unimaginable
by going out of bounds. He attempts the “Difficult” and “Untried” by his
Inquisitive and innovative skills.

THE KOTLER (Marketing)

It’s a race without finishing line, presenting ‘KOTLER’ an event for individuals to
test their tactics and virtuosity. This event aims to find the prime reformist and is
depict to probe ingenuity of a kingpin among various domains and avenues.

THE BILBIN’S (Team Event)

Ultimately leadership is not about delightful growing acts. Its about keeping your
array focused on goal and propel to do their best to procure it. Especially when
the stakes, steeps and the repercussion really matters. It is about laying the
ground work for others triumph and then standing back and letting them glint.
Not to forget the teamwork begins by building credence and only to do that is to
vanquish our needs for invulnerability.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All participants must carry valid college ID card at all times.
• The team should comprise of FIVE participants and a faculty/Mentor
• Colleges must inform the concerned organizers about their travel plans 15

days prior to the event
• Accommodation for Out-Station Colleges is available.
• Any form of misconduct by the participants may lead to disqualification of

individual/teams.
• All scoring during the rounds will be decided by the judges.
• Judges & organizers decisions will be final.

Participants should carry their own laptops, Flash drives, cameras &
dongles.
• Any kind of misconduct, consumption of intoxicants during the fest will lead
to disqualification.
• Formal dress code is to be followed during the fest.
• Participants are responsible for their belongings.
