Function rooms are assigned by the guaranteed minimum number of people anticipated. We reserve the right to
relocate group to a room suitable for the attendance with notification, if the attendance fluctuates.

The Hotel has an extensive range of audio visual equipment available for your conference, convention, product
launch, parade or meeting. PA System for speech will be provided on complimentary.

MUSIC LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
A MACP Permit License is required for functions involved usage of music either via pipe-in music, music machine, DJ,
Karaoke, fashion show or live artistes performances in the function rooms, banquet hall or ballrooms of the hotel.
The client shall bear the MACP Permit License fees and the Hotel shall not in any event be liable or responsible for any
civil or criminal action taken by Music Authors’ Copyright Protection (MACP) Berhad against the client should they failed
to obtain the MACP permit License prior to their event.

PARKING
A flat rate of RM2.00 per entry will be applicable for all guests attending your event with validation from the banquet
department. (Effective 15th October 2020 ticketless and cashless parking with Touch & Go only minimum card
balance required RM10.00)
DIRECTORY POSTING
We will announce your function in our directory posting board located in the lobby and function room level for your
guests’ attention. Kindly advise us on the wordings 14 days prior to event.
DECORATION
Please let us know if you need to decorate the function room. Promotional materials and displays cannot be posted,
tacked, nailed, screwed or attached to columns, walls, floor or other parts of the hotel building or furniture. Should
permission be granted, the organizer shall be responsible for all damages, breakage and cleaning of all materials and
display. A visual of the intended decoration must be submitted to the hotel for approval.
SPACE HOLD
Kindly be informed that NO function space has been made at this moment, thus our function rooms will be subjected
to availability upon your confirmation in writing to us.

Gift, Hospitality & Expenses
Reasonable gift & entertainment offered openly in normal course of business to promote good relations & mark special
occasions are not bribes. However, an expensive gift or offer of lavish entertainment may be perceived as a bribe under
local law & can all be used as bribes, if made with deliberate intention of improperly gaining business advantage &
perhaps preparing the way for more extensive bribery.
A gift or present is transfer of something without expectation of receiving something in return. Although gift-giving might
involve an expectation of reciprocity, a gift is meant to be free.
Gifts Policy:
• Giving or accepting non-monetary personal gifts is allowed without pre-approval if it is of nominal value &
complies with Hotel obligatory guidance
• BBT Hotel Sdn Bhd (Premiere Hotel) does not accept gifts which are given regularly & often
• Valuable items received as gifts will be returned, or disposed of as agreed by Management
BBT Hotel Advisory on COVID-19
Event Organizer / Participant must comply to the Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia guidelines while entering our
hotel such as wearing of facemask in the hotel premise, observing personal safety & hygiene by using the hand
sanitizer, showing the latest mysejahtera covid-19 status update to hotel personnel when entering the premise and only
low risk category are allowed entry.
Event Organizer / Participant is required to adhere to the best practices and preventive measures compliance by the
Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia guidelines diligently.
In the event of any wilful non-compliance or failure to observe such measures posing harm and danger to other
Guests/Customers/Visitors or the general public, BBT Hotel will not hesitate to lodge a report to the relevant authority
to take immediate action.
It is the collective responsibility of all quarters to understand and comply with all current directives by the Government
and the Standard Operating Procedure on the prevention of Covid-19 so that together we can mitigate the risk and
contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY
1. A holding deposit equivalent to one night’s total room charge and a function deposit of 50% of the total event
cost is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Full payment of total estimated charges is required fourteen (14) days prior to the event, unless guaranteed by
credit card or Letter of Undertaking should the company have credit facilities.
3. The Hotel accepts payment in form of Cheque, Bank Draft, Telegraphic Transfer, Debit / Credit Card and Cash.
4. All payments by Cheque and Bank Draft must be received at least 10 working days in advance to ensure cheque
clearance. Payment should be made to “BBT HOTEL SDN BHD”.
