Welcome to the Advisory!

First let me say thank you for you agreeing to lend us your support
and advice for the upcoming year. I am so looking forward to
working with you and hope that you enjoy your time together with
this All-Star Team that has been assembled. It is my sincerest hope
that our journey together will be mutually beneficial as we consider
not just strategies for XINNIX but solutions to transcend our
industry.

The following is a quick guide of all of the XINNIX Advisory Board
Members and contact information for our Executive Leadership
Team.

Looking forward to a great second half of 2019 and what lies ahead

Casey Cunningham
CEO/Founder

Steve Adamo
US Head of Home Loans
Santander

As the US Head of Home Loans, Stephen Adamo has direct oversight for all aspects
of residential home lending including mortgage and home equity sales, portfolio
administration, production, secondary marketing, servicing, underwriting and loan
operations. Stephen is also responsible for all consumer credit underwriting, which
includes auto, credit cards, consumer loans, home equity and mortgage.

Prior to joining Santander, Stephen was President and Chief Executive Officer of
Weichert Financial Services. Stephen also spent more than a decade with RBS
Citizens Financial Group where he held various leadership positions including
Managing Director of Business Banking, and President and CEO of the mortgage
division. Stephen currently serves as a board member for the Massachusetts Boston
Housing Partnership, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and
the National Advisory Board for Fannie Mae.

Valerie Ausband
Senior Vice President, National Field Sales

Arch | MI

As Senior Vice President – National Field Sales and Strategic Accounts, Valerie
Ausband is responsible for the largest contribution of top line revenue for Arch
MI and leads a strong sales organization of 70 people. With 20 years of mortgage
insurance experience, Valerie has led both Arch MI and United Guaranty’s sales
organizations to write historic levels of mortgage insurance and to achieve
extraordinary sales growth, year over year. Valerie has spent her career in mortgage
lending and mortgage insurance industries, starting her career with a leading market
share retail mortgage lender in Atlanta and then in the title services business prior to
joining United Guaranty in 1998.

She is an active member of Hope’s Circle, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Valerie
holds an AMP designation, Property & Casualty license and Georgia Real Estate
license. She also is a participant in the Executive Scholars Program from the Kellogg
School of Management and has her BA in History from the University of Georgia.

Mary Beth Balzli
President & Chief Executive Officer
Synovus Mortgage Group

Mary Beth Balzli is the President and CEO of Synovus Mortgage Corp., a wholly
owned subsidiary of Synovus Bank. Balzli joined Synovus in April 1999 as the
Synovus Mortgage Corp. Controller and was promoted to its CFO in 2003. She held
this position until elevated to President and CEO in April 2018.

In her 20 plus years at Synovus, she has been a key member of the mortgage
leadership team providing strategic guidance to the management of all areas of the
mortgage line of business and representing mortgage on multiple holding company
committees. Prior to joining Synovus, Balzli was the holding company controller for
an insurance carrier and prior to that worked in audit at KPMG. She received her
CPA designation in August 1992, her B.S. from the University of South Florida in
1987 and completed her accounting coursework at the University of Alabama at
Birmingham.

Eric Burgoon
Senior Vice President
Lake Michigan Credit Union

Eric oversees the residential mortgage business including the sales, operations,
credit, and servicing functions. He also manages the Commercial and Consumer
lines of business and is the Chief Lending Officer for Lake Michigan Credit Union.
Lake Michigan operates Retail and Consumer Direct business channels in Michigan
and SW Florida and is the #1 purchase and construction lender in the state of
Michigan.

Eric has 25 years of banking and mortgage experience and been the president of
mortgage lending at LaSalle Bank and Republic Bank. Eric has also held executive
level positions at Bank of America, Fifth Third Bank, and Citibank. He has an
engineering degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from Northwestern
University.

Bob Cabrera
Executive Vice President
Regions

Bob Cabrera serves as the National Mortgage Sales Manager for Regions, a regional
bank that operates throughout the South, Midwest, and Texas and is headquartered
in Birmingham, Alabama. Cabrera was a Mortgage Lending Division Manager for
Regions Mortgage before being named National Consumer Lending Manager in
2010. He joined Regions in April 1998.
Prior to joining Regions, Cabrera served as one of three Correspondent Mortgage
Division Managers for JP Morgan Chase in Tampa, Florida. He previously served at
Bank of America in a number of positions in the mortgage line of business.

David Gahm
Co-Founder
Amerifirst Home Mortgage

In 1983, David Gahm co-founded Amerifirst Home Mortgage along with Mark
Jones in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to help local renters achieve the benefits of
homeownership. Since then, the company has grown to serve over a dozen states
through nearly 70 branches and 700 employees, making it one of the “Fastest
Growing Private Companies in America” honored by Inc. Magazine for six years
running.

Dave is committed to providing ongoing training for all of the company’s employees
to help them gain and maintain the expertise and skills it takes to help customers
succeed. He’s equally passionate about living the company’s mission: to make a
meaningful difference in the lives of the company’s customers, employees, and
communities.

George Henley
Executive Vice President
Freedom Mortgage

George Henley oversees Freedom Mortgage’s traditional retail channel, including sales and
operations. Mr. Henley is responsible for the development and expansion of the channel
through both organic growth and acquisitions. In addition to his role as head of retail
lending, Mr. Henley works in capital markets, responsible for Retail Channel pricing and
margin management as well as GSE relations for Freedom Mortgage. As a member of the
firm’s Executive Committee, Mr. Henley has general corporate oversight responsibilities. He
joined the company in December of 2012 as Executive Vice President, Capital Markets and
Correspondent Lending.

Prior, Mr. Henley held executive positions in sales, credit and capital markets with JPMorgan
Chase, SunTrust Mortgage, CitiMortgage, and other regional mortgage banking firms. He
has served on various agency advisory boards, including FannieMae Shipping and Delivery,
FreddieMac Loan Prospector and FannieMae Mississippi Housing Partnership Office
Advisory. Mr. Henley is a member of the Secondary and Capital Markets Committee for the
Mortgage Banker’s Association and participates in multiple industry roundtable groups.

David Hrobon
President & CEO
Wintrust Mortgage

David has been with Wintrust Mortgage since 1994, and as president and CEO, is responsible
for managing all aspects of the organization. An industry veteran, Hrobon has held a variety
of roles, including sales, operations, and management, since he began his career in 1985.
Prior to joining Wintrust Mortgage, he worked for Sears Mortgage Company, Medallion
Mortgage, Consumer Mortgage, The Kissell Company, and CitiFed Mortgage. In addition
to his current role, Hrobon serves on several committees for Wintrust Mortgage’s parent
company, Wintrust Financial, including the Operating Committee, Digital Experience Steering
Committee, and Strategic Initiatives Committee.

In 2014, he was presented the Who’s Who in Chicagoland Real Estate award. He has co-
chaired the Habitat for Humanity Hero Award Dinner and is an active volunteer with annual
Habit home building projects. Additionally, Hrobon is an active supporter of the Mortgage
Bankers Association’s (MBA) initiatives on diversity and inclusion, including mPower, the real
estate finance industry’s leading network focused on creating opportunities to leverage the
power and influence of women in the mortgage workplace. He is also a member of the MBA’s
Residential Board of Governors, a group that advocates for industry oversight and integrity,
and he is an active speaker and panelist in support of these topics on both a local and national
level.

Mary Ann McGarry
President & Chief Exective Officer

Guild Mortgage

Mary Ann McGarry is the president and chief executive officer of Guild Mortgage. Under
her leadership, Guild has grown from its base in the West to become one of the top lenders
in the nation by putting customers first, offering loan options to meet the needs of any
homebuyer and working to strengthen communities through the Guild Giving program.
Ms. McGarry began her career with Guild in 1984 as a supervisor in internal audit.
Within three years, she was promoted to senior vice president of loan administration and
information technology and in 1988, was named to Guild’s board of directors. She held
positions as chief financial officer, chief production operations officer and chief operating
officer, before being promoted to president in 2005 and CEO in 2007, when she led a
management buyout of the company from its founder.

Fobby Naghmi

Planet Home Lending

Planet Home Lending Senior Vice President, Eastern Division Manager Fobby Naghmi
is a trailblazing mortgage industry leader with a reputation for building successful
cross-cultural sales teams. While the industry changed greatly during his more than
two decades in the business, his focus has remained the same: Giving mortgage
professionals the technology and support they need to overcome daily challenges and
achieve their long-term goals.

In his current position, Fobby manages and recruits branches for the Eastern Division
of Planet Home Lending’s fast-growing Distributed Retail business. Naghmi has
worked for some of the best-known brands in the business. He was Vice President,
Retail Lending at Pacific Union Financial, LLC, a Regional Vice President for Carrington
Mortgage Services, a Vice President at First Equitable Mortgage Corp., and owned a
boutique hybrid lender for nearly a decade in the 2000s.

Bruno Pasceri
Chief Revenue Officer/President

UFG Holdings/Incenter

Bruno Pasceri is one of the most successful executives in the mortgage industry
today. He currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer and President of Incenter.
Previous to his position with Incenter, he worked in various executive positions
including: CFO, Amchem Products; President, Rockland Mortgage; President,
Gateway Funding; and President, Finance of America.
In his award-winning career that has spanned over 30 years, Bruno has found that
the success or failure of a company is largely dependent on a single factor: workplace
culture. “I have this one saying that I preach to everyone: culture isn’t one thing in
your company, it’s the only thing in your company.” According to Bruno, developing
an outstanding workplace culture should be the first priority of any leader. “Employee
satisfaction can help you drive anything you want to accomplish within your business.
I always say that we could move our office building six inches because of the hearts
of my employees.”

Susan Stewart
Chief Executive Officer
SWBC Mortgage Corporation

Susan Stewart is Vice-Chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association and CEO of SWBC
Mortgage—headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Susan joined SWBC in 1989, and under
her leadership, SWBC Mortgage has grown from three to over 600 employees.

Susan currently serves as a member of MBA’s Board of Directors, is the immediate past
Vice Chair of the MBA’s Residential Board of Governors (RESBOG), and is on the board
of the Opens Doors Foundation (ODF). Susan also serves on MBA’s Consumer Affairs
Advisory Council. She has previously served on MBA’s Loan Production and Fraud
Prevention Committees and was a past board member of Fannie Mae Western Region
Customer Advisory. Susan is a past president of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association
(TMBA) and the San Antonio Mortgage Bankers. She served on the Texas Mortgage
Industry Advisory Committee (MIAC) appointed by the Commissioner of the Texas Savings
and Mortgage Banking Division, and she is a past recipient of the TMBA Distinguished
Service Award. Susan also served as the Chairperson of the San Antonio Chamber of
Commerce’s Tribute to Women Business Leaders in 2018 and is a past Help, Hope, and
Home committee member of SAMMinistries.

Nicole Yung
Senior Partner
The STRATMOR Group

Nicole Yung joined The STRATMOR Group in August of 2005 and is Senior Partner.

Nicole leads STRATMOR’s analytic services in financial modeling and valuation tasks
required by many of STRATMOR’s merger and acquisition and operational review clients.
She also has primary responsibility for the annual STRATMOR Compensation Connection
Study that benchmarks mortgage compensation and drives the MBA and STRATMOR
Peer Group Roundtable Program. Nicole’s extensive experience and depth of knowledge
in the operational and financial aspects of the industry will be an integral aspect of driving
key decisions on the Advisory Board.

Nicole is a graduate of Centre College in Danville, Kentucky where she received
a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She also received a Master of Business
Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
