• During this tea experience we include a 15 minute presentation on the function and origin of the

ingredients, and tea blending process. This experience includes tasting the tea that you blend.

The smoked salmon pinwheels combine cucumbers, pickled onions, smoked salmon
and cream cheese and is served with a side salad.

Apple Brie Melt $9
Apple and Brie taste like an apple pie married to a grilled cheese. Apple and
Cookie butter taste like a PB&J.

The Italian $13.
This hearty sandwich includes capicola, prosciutto, hard salami, harvarti cheese
and California mixed greens.

Prosciutto, fig and feta cheese $12.
