Terms and conditions are communicated to the customer via catalog, pricelist & order form. By placing your Order with Magicforest, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Pricing
Prices are valid through Jan 7th, 2019.
Order Requirements
Backorders
All backorders under $100 will be cancelled unless previous arrangements have been made.
All backorders will be cancelled at the end of the year un- less previous arrangements have been made.
All backorders will be shipped with the same terms as the original order.
Return Policy & Shipping Claims
Shipping claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of your order. Should an item be damaged or have a defect, customer must submit photo(s) in order to receive credit. Cus- tomer will be notified in writing about the status of their request. No credits may be taken without written notifi- cation from Magicforest. Photos must be submitted for all physical defects/damages in order to receive credit.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. Customer must fill out Magicforest RA# Form or send detailed request in writing with photos before an RA# will be issued. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges unless product is defective, was shipped by mistake or generally the fault of Magicforest. Upon receipt & inspection of the returned items, a 20% res- tocking fee will be charged to items returned in sellable condition. Items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging or otherwise in unsellable condition will not receive credit.
Refunds are not typical; however, there are no refunds on credit card purchases after 120 days of invoice.
Warranty & Guarantee
Magicforest stands behind the quality of all of our pro- ducts. Our products are carefully checked to make sure they leave our warehouse exactly as intended. If a defect in manufacturing or workmanship is found, please notify us immediately and we will replace the item or issue cre- dit. We may ask for the defective item back so we may
examine it.
Minimum opening order $250 per brand. Reorders $100 per brand. Orders from multiple brands may be combined to meet these minimums only if Magicforest regularly stocks those brands in one of its domestic warehouses.
Items not ordered in case pack quantities will incur a per-piece surcharge of one dollar ($1).
Payment Terms
First order is prepaid with Visa or MasterCard. Net 30 terms granted with approved credit (please allow 1-3 weeks for credit approval).
For open account terms, we accept checks drawn on US bank accounts or by wire transfer (ACH & SWIFT). Invoices paid with credit card or wire transfer more than seven (7) days after order shipment or at the end of invoice term will incur a 3.5% convenience charge.
Past due accounts are subject to a 2% finance charge per mon- th, 24% annually, on the unpaid balance and forfeit any and all freight allowances and discounts.
Delinquent accounts may be sent to collections. Purchaser
agrees to pay all collection and legal fees on unpaid balances.
Freight
FOB Portsmouth, NH 03801. Full Freight Allowance (FFA) programs begin at $1,250 to the contiguous USA. Some lar- ger items do not qualify for FFA. When ordering, please look for the truck symbol, either in the catalog, or in the pricelist.

It is with great enthusiasm and spirit that we bring you the new Moulin Roty US catalog for 2018. Inside this year’s catalog are over one hundred new items, filled with treasures and characters that are sure to delight. Our newest addition to the Moulin Roty collection is Olga, a magical goose. When Olga first came to the Magic Forest, her spirit inspired a story in me, a sort of prequel to Mother Goose. Olga’s feathers are magical and those that possess them are able to travel with her throughout the Magic forest and beyond. She gathers her brood which includes a baby hen, a few mice, three goslings, a young fox, and a big blue whale. Cast in crisp colors against a pale blue sky, this unlikely troupe of brothers and sister travel on their wonderful adventures and make amazing discoveries together. The great Voyage of Olga has begun!
“Les Petits Dodos” or the “The little sleepy ones” is also a new theme with a collection of four characters: Moon the Cat, Oko the Fox, Nin-nin the Rabbit, and Ninou the Mouse. Their soft pastels and wistful, sleepy expressions will make you want to curl up, close your eyes and dream.
Make believe and story telling are not only part of our heritage, they are important ways children express themselves and expand their imagination and creativity. In the “Il etait une fois” or “Once upon a time” collection, you will find puppets and dolls made of the finest cloth, dressed elegantly, and ideal playmates with which to share a tale or two.
On the topic of heritage, the “Grande Famille” is celebrating 20 years as a collection. It is not surprising to us that this longevity belongs to a friendly crew named the “Great Family”. Look for two additions this year, Barnabé the Donkey and Félicie the Hen as well as a home for the whole family, Maison de La Grande Famille, an adorable wooden doll house full of comfort and love. So on this landmark anniversary, it is apt that Moulin Roty create a new and different family, Les Mirabelles. Mama Rose, Papa Chicore, and their three delightful daughters, Noisette, Camomille, and Groseille. Will they grow up to lead a country, save the planet, and have a family? Of course!
This new catalog is now in your hands and with your help, we can share the World of Olga, the Mirabelles, and all the other muses from the gifted artists at Moulin Roty. It’s a noble goal and worthy of our effort to inspire, encourage, and nurture our youngsters on their voyage in this beautiful world of ours.
