You are a technician working in IT Assist Sdn. Bhd. One day at work, you received a phone call
from a HR staff, Ms. Fatimah. She complained that she cannot surf Linkedin webpage and it turns
out she also cannot surf to other website. However, she was able to connect to local file server
which is located inside the organization network. How are you going to resolve this problem?

Question 2:

Problem 1: When the user is using the computer, he / she notice that its performance is too
slow and sometimes freeze. After checking windows Task Manager, Disk usage show 100%
usage and he / she must close some running application before the computer can run smoothly.

Problem 2: A user is reporting there are beeping sound upon turn on computer. You have
serviced the machines recently and replaced the Random Access Memory (RAM).

Figure 2 show example cases of computers component that are probably quite tricky to
troubleshoot. Because various components are located on the motherboard, many things can
cause errors. You are required to read properly all given problems in Figure 2 in order to help you
answer all the questions. Your answer must be explained in a form of REPORT. Please follow given
format and writing guidelines in order to complete your report.
