Dear Jeremy Ranch Members,

Happy 2020!! I am really looking forward to a great new year. Last year was
tough due to the mid-year pump issues and subsequent assessment. As a THANK
YOU for your continued support and membership we want to start the 2020 New
Year off with giving each Golf Membership 2 FREE GUEST PASSES to use in
2020. We are looking forward to a great year and want you to be able to share
that with your friends and family. Thanks again!

With all the new snow we are currently receiving, our Nordic track has never been better. If you have
not had a chance to come try Nordic Skiing, now is the time. Don’t have equipment, don’t worry we
have rental equipment for all sizes! We even have Nordic instructors for those that want some instruction
before hitting the track. Call the Nordic Shop (Golf Shop) to schedule a lesson. It is a great time to try
Nordic Skiing and check out the golf course in a whole new way!

There have been a few questions lately about different procedures at the club. Since it is a new year, I
thought I would clarify a few items members have questions about:

Food Minimum (as applicable based on membership type)
• Starts on January 1st and ends December 31st.
• $1200 for individual and family memberships/$600 for Non-Resident memberships
• Your minimum total can always be found on the bottom of your F&B receipts as well as your emailed

monthly statement.
• Remember, if you book an event (birthday party, anniversary party, baby show, wedding, etc.), up

to half of your yearly minimum can be applied.

Statements
• Statements are emailed or sent postal (if requested) on or before the 3rd of the month
• Payments are due on or before the last day of the month (30 days)
• EZ Pay runs on the 15th of each month (for previous month balance/statement balance). If you are

not on EZ Pay and are interested in paying your statement automatically, call the business office and
we can get you set up. No transaction fee to use a credit card.
• Members that have not made their payment by the 15th of the following month (45 days) will have
their membership privileges suspended until payment is received in full.

Capital Dues/Reserve Fund
This year, as sent via email notice from the Board, the Capital Dues/Reserve Fund (previously the Capital
Improvement Assessment) is being billed monthly at $75 Resident Golf Members/$60 Non-Resident Golf
Members. This fund will be used for future capital improvements and to start building a Capital Reserve
for the future. Please plan to attend the Annual Membership Meeting in May to learn more about the
future plans of Jeremy Ranch.

Website
We are currently in the process of modernizing our club website. By April 1st, we will have a new website
that will be very user friendly and have all the information you are looking for at your finder tips, including
tee times, dining reservations, club calendar of events and much more. Stay tuned for more details. By
the way, if you would like to try out the Dining Reservation System, it is already up and running. Go to
the website on your computer, tablet or phone and once logged in, select the dining tab and then the
link called Reservations. That will take you to the Palmer’s Reservation system. Try it out and let me
know what you think!!

From the Golf Shop

Dear JRGCC Members:

Happy New Year! The Nordic Golf Shop winter hours are seven days a week from
9:00am to 5:00pm. We are very excited to kick-off 2020 with new great memories and
a line-up of events that will be exciting for everyone!

If you are looking for a new outfit for that trip down south or for golf lessons from one of
your PGA golf professionals, please stop in or feel free to contact us. All clubs, balls,
clothes and bags are priced to sell and all items on our sale rack are $20. The shop is
also stocked with all your Nordic needs. If you have a ski jacket, club or shirt in mind that is not in stock,
please let us know as we are happy to special order the item for you.

Our state of the art TruGolf simulator is in full swing and tee times can be made one week in advance
Monday through Sunday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. The simulator is staffed with a golf professional
Thursday thru Sunday. This simulator allows you to make full swings throughout the winter and play some
of the top courses in the world! We have over 50 courses and a driving range to choose from and the
weather is always 70 degrees. Men’s and women’s net and gross weekly games, demo days, lessons and
contests for all members will be held throughout the winter months.

Ten pack punch passes for the simulator are now available for $90. This is a ten dollar savings! Please
contact the golf shop to purchase your pass today. We are still offering simulator club storage for $50
during the winter months and annual club storage for $150. The annual club storage includes simulator
club storage. Space is limited.

All golf members have full access to the JR Nordic Track included in their membership. Please stop in to
the shop to pick up your ski pass and arm band. Ski grooming reports and Nordic information can be
found on the website under the Nordic drop down. Classic and skate ski rentals are available in the shop
and each golf membership receives one complimentary ski rental package per season. Dogs and walk-
ing are not permitted on the track. Our Sunday Ski School brunch and clinic will begin Sunday, January
5th and you can sign up with the shop by dialing 435.649.2700 ext. 3
