Mojito Recipe

Make this classic cocktail with a sprig of fresh mint, white rum, sugar, zesty lime and some soda water.
INGREDIENTS: 1 lime (juice) - Handful of mint leaves - 60ml white rum - soda water (to taste)
METHOD:

- Mix the lime juice, sugar and mint in a small jug crushing the mint into the mixture.

- Pour into a tall glass with ice.

- Pour the rum over the top while stirring then ad the soda water.

Sidecar Recipe

Recreate this elegant 1920s cocktail by adding cognac, triple sec and lemon juice together, go for it!
INGREDIENTS: 50ml cognac - 25ml triple sec - 25ml lemon juice - handful of ice
METHOD:

- Put a glass in the fridge to chill.

- Tip all the above mentioned ingredients into a shaker.

- Shake well until the outside feels cold then strain it all into your chilled glass.

Sangria Recipe

Embrace those beautiful summer days at your wedding with this refreshing sangria to top it all off.
INGREDIENTS: 2 oranges - 2 pears - 2 lemons (1 chopped, 1 juiced) - 200g berries - 3 tbsp caster
sugar - 1 tsp cinnamon - ice - blottle of light red wine - 100ml spanish brandy - 300ml sparkling water
METHOD:

- Put all chopped fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar & stir.

- Cover and leave to macerate in the fridge for 1 hour at least / overnight.

- Fill a large jug with ice & fill with the fruit after stirring it evenly.

- Ad the brandy & wine then top it off with sparkling water. 50
