house your materials at our Binghamton, NY branch in our 11,000 square-foot warehouse for a fraction of the
cost of traditional on-site containers. Upon receipt, our staff will verify material types and volumes and start any
damage/missing claims, saving you time and frustration.

Our material storage program includes:

� Secure, climate-controlled material storage
� Receipt inspection for visible damage and material counts
� Claims initiation for damaged material replacement as needed
� Loading dock available for material pickup

Material Storage Program Responsibilities

We’ll work with you to ensure we have all the information we need to store your materials until you need them.
Customer Responsibilities:
ƒ Provide insurance for stored material
ƒ Provide 24-hour notification prior to pick-up
ƒ If delivery is included, provide 48-hour notification with an address and point of contact
ƒ If material staging is included, provide preparation guidelines

ƒ Maintain records to track shipments received to assure all products are received from various manufacturers
ƒ Provide receipt inspection for visible damage and material counts for all shipments
ƒ Initiate damaged material replacement and return with vendors after receipt inspection, as needed
ƒ Provide notification to customer regarding material received and inspection results
ƒ Prepare material for pick-up and/or staging (if included) within 24 hours of notification
ƒ Prepare material for delivery to job site within 48 hours of notification (if included)
ƒ Provide timely billing of material stored in our facility with line item identifying material storage costs
