3.9 Examination - Minor Surgical - OPT Lights

The quality of artificial illumination in Operating Theatres plays a crucial role during surgeries due to the need of perceiving reliable
visual information. Our compact OPT lighting systems are made by aluminum and use the latest and most innovative LED technology.
G.SAMARAS S.A. provides lighting systems with superior color yield index which is equal or higher than 85 following the requirements
of IEC 60601-2-41. In addition, the color temperature, which is also a very important factor, has been set according to the international
regulation for surgery lamps. The innovative LED technology reduces the emission of infrared rays making the surgery process more
comfortable. Furthermore, the absence of ultraviolet rays ensures high degree of protection to medical personnel and patients.
Our OPT lighting systems, except the ultimate reliability and the long service life enhance the light distribution, provide multiple abil-
ities for mechanical positioning adjustment of focus and beam.
