INTRODUCTION

STAYCATION

A staycation (a portmanteau of "stay"
and "vacation"), or holistay (a
portmanteau of "holiday" and "stay"), is a
period in which an individual or family
stays home and participates in leisure
activities within day trip distance of their
home and does not require overnight
accommodation.

AIM & OBJECTIVE

-Creating a space that fits the
personality of Erra Fazira
-Provides security, control, ownership,
identity, and privacy, among others.

Roof are built to properly
block the sun, using
roof to its true
advatage

Opening are using
the strong beach wind
as an advantage,
allowing great
natural
ventilation

Veranda are added for the master to Coner window from the master bedroom
allow them to get some outside for the best view of the beach
experience/feeling/air without leaving
the house

Void from the 1st floor are added
allowing people to view the living room
from above, allowing more open concept
