“Pakaammo” is an Ilokano word which means to inform, to give notice of, to make known.
This first ever newsletter of LGMED 7 marks a historic milestone for the Division as it sums up the accomplishments and initiatives of the team under the captaincy of Atty. Ian Kenneth Lucero, thereby further cementing his legacy as the division chief since 2015.
Lucero, an Ilokano and Cebuano by heart, conceived the idea of producing a digital quarterly journal to make known the stories of triumph and hard work of LGMED.
In this second issue and hopefully in the succeeding volumes, LGMED-7, under the leadership of new LGMED Chief Celerino Magto, Jr. looks forward to live up to this publication’s name and educate the public with the Department’s efforts of championing responsive and accountable governance.
