ARRIVAL Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to complete your health assessment form and take time to relax in our tranquil surroundings before your treatment. MEETING YOUR PERSONAL SPA THERAPIST Upon your arrival at the Serenity Spa, our receptionist will confirm your spa treatment request. We will then assign your personal spa therapist. He/she will conduct a brief consultation before planning your spa regime to ensure that you get the treatment suitable for you. LATE ARRIVAL If you arrive late for your appointment, you will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time. Total treatment costs apply. CANCELLATION POLICY We require 5 hours notice for a cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment; otherwise, 50% of the price may be charged to your account, less than”5 hours’ notice”, or a “No Show” will incur full payment. ETIQUETTE To ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful atmosphere within the spa, we request all guests to keep noise level to a minimum and refrain from carrying mobile phones and other electronic devices. HEALTH CONCERNS Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other medical complications should consult a doctor before booking spa treatments or using the Serenity Spa facilities. SMOKING AND ALCOHOL Consumption of cigarettes and alcohol is strictly forbidden in any spa environment. Alcohol consumption is not advised before any spa treatment or service. BEHAVIOUR We do not tolerate any sexual harassment or aggressive behaviour towards our team members; any form of verbal, physical or sexual harassment will result in legal action.
