Subject: - Revision of information concerning CCGG 62

- Deletion of CCGG 65

Bulletin no.: 01/2022 Issue date: 10 Jan 2022

Cancellation: This bulletin is considered self-cancellation after the

information herein is incorporated into CCGG

(Rev.6) upon normal revision cycle.

Purpose:

1. To revise information concerning CCGG 62 with details as follow:
• The name badge provided by the company must be worn.
• For Thai dress or apron, the name badge must be pinned on the left chest.
• For serving jacket or vest, the name badge must be pinned above the
top-left pocket.

2. To delete CCGG 65.

Required Actions:

• CCGG (Rev.6) will be revised in the next revision accordingly.

CCGG 14
All kinds of allowed hair accessories, if worn, must match with the hair colour.

HAIRPINS: CCGG 14.1

Hairpins and bobby pins can be used to
secure the bun, the inverted bun, the french twist
or braided bun and they must not be visible.

HAIRNET: CCCG 14.2

A hairnet must be in plain black or dark brown
mesh without any ornaments, and must match
with the hair colour.
Only thin hairnet is allowed.

WIG: CCGG 14.3

A wig or hairpiece may be worn for cabin crew who
has an allergic condition.
Only short/medium hairstyles according to
CCGG 13.2 are allowed

BUN HAIRPEICE: CCCG 14.4 A braided bun hairpiece is allowed.

Female cabin crew with semi-short, semi-long hair are THAI AIRWAYS INTERNATIONAL
allowed to wear a bun hairpiece as BKKQA-B
when wearing the bun hairpiece:
- The diameter of the bun hairpiece must not

exceed 8 cm.
- It must match the colour of the hair.
- The hairpiece must be covered with a hairnet of

the same colour as the hair.

Note : Headband is not allowed.

SHOES

Uniform shoes must be plain black polishable leather shoes without
ornaments or fancy style.
Patent leather, stilettos, and platform heels are not allowed.
The heels height must be 2 to 3.5 inches.
Uniform shoes must be worn on ground and after passenger disembarkation.
If the stated standards could not be met due to any health issues, cabin crew
must contact QA for further solutions.

CCGG 35

Cabin shoes must be plain black polishable leather
low-heeled shoes, without ornaments or fancy style.
The heel height must be 0.5 to 1.5 inches.
Cabin shoes must be worn before passenger boarding and during farewell.

- Cabin shoes can be changed on the shuttle bus from the airport terminal to the aircraft
and can be worn when ascending and descending the stairs to and from the aircraft.
