Yearbook Staff

The time has come for my journey here at Xavier to end. This adventure included plenty of laughs, cries,
drama, spontaneity, and just plain foolishness. But college is the right time for exploration, searching for
self-identity and maturity. Along the way, I was involved with the Homecoming and Springfest committees;
the Peer Dean Association; Xavier Activities Board as Spirit Chair; Student Government Association as
Technology and Communications Chair; the Xavierite staff; and last, but never least, Sigma Gamma Rho
Sorority, Inc. I adopted the motto: “Work hard, but play harder.” It would take forever to describe the amazing
people I encountered on my journey and who helped create many memorable moments. No, I’m not just
talking about Unreal, Inc. Over the years, many of those moments and people were captured in The Xavierite.
Each of those experiences has inspired me in some way and shaped me into the person I am today. I
consider you all my Xavier Family. So with this 2011-2012 edition of The Xavierite, I offer not just a book of

the changes at the school this year—but a family scrapbook overflowing with accomplishments
and fun times we shared.
