SUPPLIES * EDUCATION * DESIGN

Porcelynne has had many directions over the years, from lingerie design to design
school. Porcelynne represents the work and labor of designer and proprietor, Jennifer
Lynne Matthews-Fairbanks. Jennifer is the one remaining constant through each
business incarnation. Just as people evolve, so do businesses.

Jennifer began her journey in 2002 when she first started her business in design. Over
the years Jennifer has run multiple stores and has written numerous books. Jennifer’s
mission for Porcelynne is to provide supplies and education for the industry she started
in, fashion design.

Our business focus is to provide quality supplies for all budgets and businesses - from a
hobbiest who only needs one, to a small manufacturer who needs 500. We are actively
working to provide options for all needs.

Jennifer’s personal focus has been to provide educational materials for pattern making
in both women’s ready to wear and intimate apparel. She has been working on
developing patterns that fit girls who might be just a little bit out of the normal range of
sizes.

JENNIFER LYNNE MATTHEWS-FAIRBANKS

Jennifer Lynne Matthews-Fairbanks studied at the
Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and graduated in
1999 with a specialization in intimate apparel. Over the
years, Jennifer has participated in a variety of
fashion events, won awards and has been a mentor for
many up and coming designers. She instructed at the
Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising for nine
years.

Jennifer has authored multiple textbooks on
entrepreneurship, pattern making and lingerie design.

Shipping Options

We offer domestic shipping through USPS and UPS. You may select your shipping
preference at checkout. The “Pick Up” option is only available by appointment and your
order will not be available for pick up until the next business day. All domestic orders
totalling $100 or over qualify for free shipping. Note that orders with free shipping
will be shipped at the lowest expense for our business, which may be First Class Mail,
SurePost or Ground. If you require your order quickly you need to select a faster
shipping method at checkout.

International orders can be shipped with DHL, UPS, or USPS. Please be aware that
USPS transfers mail to your local postal delivery service. Items may disappear in transit
in some countries where the postal service is unreliable. We will not ship USPS to
China and all African nations. Unfortunately too many packages have been lost in these
destinations. If you are unsure of the reliability of your local delivery service, please
select UPS or DHL. You may also provide us with your own UPS account number or with
a DHL label. To to do this, select “Pick Up” and include a note with details.

Shipping Cost Discrepancies

Please note that settings in our software sometimes limit options, or may calculate
shipping incorrectly. If the error is in your favor, we will ship as requested providing the
shipping difference is not more than $2.50. If shipping was calculated incorrectly and
it is a difference over $2.50, we will contact you prior to completing your order. This
should not occur in any regularity, but it may happen.

Handling & Transit Time

All orders will be shipped next business day. On occasion, it may take 2 business days,
but this is not usual. Domestic delivery times after shipping are between 2 and 5 days.
For Alaska or Hawaii, allow 1-2 additional days. International delivery times are between
7 to 14 days for USPS, depending on destination. All other shipping options can be
selected at checkout.

Returns

Returns can be made for merchandise that has not been cut or used. Merchandise
must be in sell-able condition for a return. Please include a copy of your original invoice
or receipt with your return. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase.
Return shipping is at your expense. If we shipped you something incorrectly, please let
us know prior to sending anything back to us.

If an item is delivered damaged, please photograph it and send it with an email to
[email protected] along with your order number. We do not purposely ship
broken or damaged merchandise. In most instances, we will reship a broken item unless
we are out of stock. Please contact us regardless of the situation. For a straight return,
you do not need to contact us prior, just send a copy of your receipt with the order. We
presently do not offer exchanges, due to the added expense of reshipping an item.

Hardware Kit

• Starter kits are ideal for beginners. They include basic
supplies for initial samples and test fits. The fabric kits are
limited in quantitiy and will not be restocked when they
are depleted.

• Fabric kits include enough supplies for up to three bras
(depending on size made, this could be more or less).
• 24” x 50”-54” shine tricot (40 denier). Shine tricot has
a 1 way stretch. To stabilize the tricot, cross the grain
with the fusible tricot supplied in the kit.
• 20” x 60” fusible nylon tricot.
• 15” x 56”-60” powermesh (120 gsm) for back bands.
For a more stable back band, double the powermesh.

• Underwires are NOT included.
