Rtn Vikram Muday proposed a new member Dr. Khangendra Varda who is in the Doctor and renowen Skin Specialist . Members all felt it approprite to invite him from next business meeting which is in 17th of July and also requested Rtn Vikram Muday to share his profile on Whatsapp offical group.

Presdsient Rtn Y.V.Giri inform the Board that all the signatories have been changed in the bank for Admin account and also inform that RCHE Trust Accout about Currebt are Rtn JAS Giri, Rtn U Ravi Rao and Rtn CV Subba rao . President Giri urged all the members that Club trust account needs to active and increase the visiablty . PDG jawahar informed that he help the club in filing two years returns and apply for 80G and also asked Rtn Malik to share any cash expenses sot it will help him in finalizeing the Trust Account accounts. he also urged to retire the current three signatorries of trust account and pass resolution to induct new signatoreis as per Trust Deed.

President Rtn Y V Giri, Updated the board on Skin bank , he is in continous coresspondence with Dr Satya Agarwala and established a Contact with Dr. naga Prasahd who is HOD for Burns ward in Osmania General Hospital . President expressed urgency in need to set a Skin Bank commitee which spearhead the project for next five with some permanant members and few on rotation . Board suggested Presdient to go ahead in indentify the commitee members after speaking to one on one and intially to headed by president and in due course a chairman can be appointed .

1. President Rtn Y V Giri has requested IPP Rtn Srinivas to seek approval of Financials19-20 on floor.
2. Rtn Raavi Srinivas informed the floor through president that the balance in the admin account to be transferred to RCHE trust account as per by laws of RCHE , however Rtn Mallik and IPP Srinivas clarified that the balance belongs to Admin account, and the amount should be used for admin purpose or for any projects.
3. After due deliberations it was made clear that there is no provision in RCHE by laws. Since the balance accumulated due no expenditure incurred due to pandemic, club did not have any meetings, hence all the members agreed with the decision to keep the balance under Admin account.
4. Rtn Raavi Srinivas informed the bank statement was shared only April 2020 to which Rtn Mallik informed that due to technical glitch it was not generated and explained there is no impact on financials, Accounts were Finally approved and Seconded by Rtn. Ravi Srinivas
PROJECTS
President Rtn Giri , briefed all the members about the developments on SKIN BANK project, He informed that Osmania General Hospital has in principal agreed to have a Skin Bank in their hospital premises and also were kind enough to offer space and manpower to man the Skin Bank Project.
Dr. Naga Prasad Head of Department – Osmania General Hospital, Rtn Dr Satya Agarwala & Dr Sunil Keswani - Head of National Burns Society are in constant touch and discussing on the Skin Bank Project.
Adhoc Skin Bank Committee has been formed which involves members President Rtn Giri, Rtn Sirish, Rtn Bhaskar Reddy, Rtn Sreenivas, Rtn Satya Narayana, Rtn Ravi Shankar Reddy, PDG Jawahar & PDG JAS Giri.
STRATEGIC GOALS – 2020 - 2021
All the Board of Directors of RCHE submitted their Strategic Goals for the year 2020-2021 successfully
to DG & RI through President Rtn YV Giri.
Rtn Giri reiterated that high level of energies have been built in among all the Board Members to ensure there are successful in their set goals for the year in Club Administration, Membership, Fundraising , Youth service, Public image , Foundation Web and Internet and Projects.

President Giri informed that change in Admin account, Change of Signatories has been completed. He also confirmed that RCHE Trust account balance is close to 4.5 lacs and the account is in active state without any transactions.

Director Rtn SatyaNaryana
Every month there will be one speaker meet and Virtual Fellowship meet, Rtn Satya Narayana informed that club has adequate balance to honor RI and Districts dues and same will be honored before 31st July 2020. He also emphasized on attendance, club attendance is key for being vibrant club and urgent everyone to participate on Virtual meetings. He expressed his concern that few club members were apprehensive on using Zoom Platform since it’s a Chinese App, President Giri acknowledged the same and assured that Club will move on to JIO Platform very soon and till such time requested everyone to participate via Zoom.

Rtn Sirish informed that he planned service projects at least one or two with a budget of Rs 50000 to Rs 100000. He proposed an initiative to support Covid 19 support such as donating PPE Kits to Government Hospitals and Sakshi Center – One Stop Center for Women in Crisis, Budget allocated for this is Rs 35000.

Rtn Srinivas informed that he got connected with Two Rotaract Clubs and One Interact club which were installed by RCHE, he also expressed his concern on initiating new clubs since most of the Schools and colleges are closed due to covid19.

An encouraging Promotional Video was shared by Rtn Vikram about Rotary, he also gave a detailed power point presentation on his year plans which was applauded by the entire club.
Director Rtn CV
Rtn CV Garu informed that Facebook, Instagram are up and with almost everyday posts. He informed that our Installation nite on 3rd July went in live on FB and Garnered more 54000 views. He committed that we would surpass our commitments with new platforms and new initiatives.
Director Rtn Chowdhary
Rtn Chowdhary informed that he is working closely with President in order to raise funds for all our designated projects. He urged all members to come forward and contribute their best which helps us

to successfully complete our projects. He also informed that he would write personal request mails to his contacts aboard, He assured the club that he is targeting to raise up to 10 lacs both from internal and external sources.
Director Rtn AG Mallik
AG Rtn Mallik informed that Foundation will be his key focus and broadly elaborated on his plans and informed that this year District will be contributing 50% instead of 75% for all those who wish to become “Paul Harris Fellow “. He requested all the non PHF to plan and become member of PHF and avail the benefit.
Director Rtn Karun
Rtn Karun Reddy informed that this new role is becoming more and more prominent with Covid 19 which hit our lives. He informed that virtual meetings will be the new norm and requested all the members to get well versed with all the technicalities. He informed that Face Book, Instagram and twitter are going very active. He appealed to all the club members to download Rotary India App and update their details.

Rtn Bhasker Reddy informed that he is been assisted by Rtn Sudesh and applauded for his great support. He informed all the minutes are shared on time including installation meeting.

President Overview – Rtn YV Giri
1) Rtn Giri Welcomed all fellow Rotarians and Prospective Rotarians Mr. Punkaj Diwan and Dr Col Khagendra Varda.
2) Speaker Meet of Air Vice Marshall Sagar Bharti , it was a great success and had 82000 views and 85 people participated on virtual platform .
3) Family Tambola – 36 members participated and prizes were given to all the winners in form of Amazon Coupons, President and member gave Round of applause to Rtn Satya Narayana and Rtn CV Subba Rao for their tremendous effort in ensuring every member of the club received gifts.
4) Rtn Sireesh will give an insight on projects which are going on well.
5) Skin Bank is a prestigious project which is driven personally by president, he informed that committee was
formed and Rtn Ravi srinivas has shared an MOU to all the four stake holders Which consists of Rotary club of Mumbai, National Burn Centre Osmania General Hospital and RCHE,Presisdent informed that they are yet to come back, good news about this project is club had a phenomenal press coverage.
6) Dr Naga Prasad informed President that Superintendent reported back to office and there was press coverage which was not expected, Dr Naga Prasad handed over the file which we prepared for Skin Bank, Superintended was delighted reading the report and he approved immediately, which is a miracle and blessings of God and wishes from every club member which got wide press coverage.
7) Two Service Projects Executed on 29th July 202 by Rtn Sireesh has got a good response, it was meticulously planned and got phenomenal press coverage, we could meet the beneficiaries and interacted with them.
8) Rtn Sireesh will communicate on future projects, one is 15th August which is environment day, our club members should plant few saplings.
9) 29th Aug is WASH project which as a club we will be implementing.
10) Club Activity Rtn Satyanarayana will communicate as we planned some exciting things.
11) Last month was best month with Projects, Fellowship, Meetings, Speaker Meetings, all these have been
reported on Rotary India App.
12) AG Mallik informed that we are the first club to upload all the events in RotaryIndia.org much before the
deadline.

14) Holger Nack, RI President will be doing a Mass Induction on virtual platform, wish to take this opportunity to
induct new members.
Director Membership
Mr Pankaj Diwan and Dr Col Khagendra Varda new prospects, he confirmed that profiles of these two prospects have been shared, he has given a brief about these two new prospects.
Dr Kagendra Varda introduced himself and expressed that he very excited to be part of RCHE, he expressed that the projects taken are definitely highly appreciated with regard to Skin Bank. He by profession is a Doctor and wish to contribute what best from his end.
Pankaj Diwan introduced himself and thanked everyone for inviting him.
Director Club Admin
Rtn Satya Narayana conveyed his thanks to everyone for supporting in making Fellowship a successful event, President Rtn Giri expressed and thanked CV and Rtn Satyanarayana for the same.
Anthakshari planned for the month of August, he informed new prospects to join too for the event . Planning to have a Zoom meeting with only Rotarians which is not an official one.
Emphasized on Attendance improvement, we will continue zoom meeting still September and october.
Speaker meet planning on 3rd Friday 21st August 2020 with Mr Gampa Nageshwara who is an eminent personality who has done more than 5000 speaker events, he is an excellent speaker in both English and Telugu, we shall be inviting District Members too where participation is at large.
PDG Jawhar informed that Gampa Nageshwara Rao runs a programme called IMPACT which is very popular programme in southern Telugu states; the crowd is largely of youngsters, where he speaks on career counselling and personality building.
Director Projects
Rtn Sireesh informed that 29th July WASH programme due to unforeseen circumstances has been postponed by DG to August 29th, but nevertheless on 29th, he planned with Sakhi a programme for Women which is women organisation which works on to create awareness on Covid for all the migrant workers. Ann Tejshree, Ann Meena and HM Madhavi lata of our club came forward along with President Giri, Rtn Satya, Rtn Chowdhary were there in this event.
Another NGO who were in need of PPE kits, Amulya an NGO is a free service where they take dead bodies from Ambulance to Grave Yard, identified the need and provided them PPE kits.
On 15th August is Environment Day, a wonderful idea by President Giri to send a mail communication to all club members asking them number of plants required to plant on 15th Aug, with this confirmation we will be sending plants to their house, they need to plant and share pictures to club, the plants will tentatively reach by 13th of August to all the club members who confirms.
Yet to confirm on WASH programme as most of the schools are closed, confirmation will be given shortly.
Rtn Giri informed further on Plants, saying there will be around 400 saplings which will be given through his sources in Horticulture Department and also informed that one of his friend who has a spare Truck which he told to use to deliver plants to members, both the samplings and Truck service will be absolutely free, saplings which will be supplied will be more of Gulmour, Neem that’s what has been promised.
Requested Club Members and their family members to participate and Tree plantation in large numbers, click a picture and share, a minimum of 10 plants will be given to each member and if required more plants can be provided. These plants will only be provided to members who will confirm only.

Rtn Srinivas Chamarthi initiated a newRotaracClub and proposed name is Rotaract Club of Trail Blazers. He also informed once colleges resumes, he will add more Rotaract Clubs, the new Rotract Club President will be Farah.
President Rtn added that Rtn Sireesh has been part as a speaker to the Rotarac Club meeting were 50 rotractors participated in Rotractors Orientation Programme, this was hugely appreciated and applauded by all the new rotractors .
V Murthy of Rotary Club of Jubliee Hills was invited to be a speaker for Rotaract Club of Hyderabad East and Rotract Club of Villa Marie College he has given info on benefits of beingRotractors and downloaded complete insights about Rotract Club.

President Giri emphasized on donating to Rotary Foundation, he will be sharing a link on My Rotary, where members can login and donate to Rotary which will be a great support to Rotary and service to the mankind

President Giri has applauded the great work done by Rtn CV Subba Rao on Public Image.
CV Subba Rao informed that club very aggressive on Social Media where our events are posted on regular basis and getting huge visibility on FB and Instagram . News letter is also getting ready which will be published very soon to club.
Rtn Giri added that Speaker Meet of Air vice Marshal Sagar Bharti there were 70000 views on face book globally, in span of just 25 days our club featured in 9 news papers, on projects we were in 5 news papers, on public image front we are doing extremely good and getting lot of appreciations, on skin bank there were amazing write ups from media.

Closing Remarks by President Rtn Giri
Proposing to have a District level Anthrakshari which will be hosted by Rtn Vikram, details of the same were presented to club and also to DG before launching it. Rtn Vikram Shared a detailed PPT on the event to all the Club Members.

Rtn Jawahar checked with President Giri on Elections, Voting update of RI director zone 7, President informed that all members wanted names of Candidates and their profile to vote and he informed that are details shared of all the candidates to members over mail , Rtn Madhu responded and share his support to Rtn Yogaanand of bangalore. The last date is 31st October to elect, normal practise of entire region voting happens in one week informed by Rtn Jawhar.
Rtn Satya Narayana informed that last years election compared to this year is satisfying; President is sharing the information and taking everyone views. Everybody wanted to confirm on the person to be elected.
Rtn Madhu Babu proposed Mr Yoganand by looking at all the proposed names, but he was also expressed he informed he got no issues since he that he doesn’t know any candidates personally, he left the option to the club to decide.
Rtn Bhaskar Reddy suggested president be empowered after speaking to club members to take a decision. Further Rtn Madhu Babu and rest of the club members suggested to speak to 3 PDGs and check their views on candidate to be elected, let PGDs recommend suitable member to club and club to elect. President informed the floor he will take the three PDG’s opinion in consideration and cast the Vote

Month Started with Bang by Inaugurating Ladies Toiler for Women Staff at Government Panjagutta School in 1st September

Inaguraton of “ Call Centre for Plasma Donor Outreach” on the 16th September 2020 in association with Givered ., DG N V Hanumanth Reddy garu visited the Call Centre facility and appreciated the good work done by RCHE
Grand Finale of All District 3150 Tollywood Anthakshari Challenge Held on 19th September on Zoom platform . Conducted by KJ Anand and Celebrity Judge for the Evening were Leading playback Singer Ms Geeta Madhuri.
Service Project 4 inauguration of RO plants was done today in Koti Women’s college, Dr. C Venkateshwara Devi garu inaugurated three plants wich will serve clean and hygiene water to 5000 students.
On 25th TMN Chowdhary Donated Rs. 25000 to T Lohitha , mentally Challenged girl from krishna District , She recently lost her father due to Covid Virus.

3. Rtn . Sudesh Proposed a cultural event in which a virtual Dance Programme by Dr. Krishna Sahiti , She is renowned dance on Indian culture and tradition . Rtn Bhasker reddy and club members expressed that it is good idea and asked sudesh and president to make package so that the event will more attractive instead of stand alone programme.
4. Rtn Madhu informed that he withdrew his resignation and expressed his concerns on internal information which is getting shared which he feels is unnecessary and unwarranted.
5. All the club members welcomed his decision and President informed Rtn Madhu that ll the members will ensure to create more bonding and trust among ourselves.
6. Rtn Bhasker Reddy requested Presid.ent to clarify on the RI Director voting in response President informed the floor that he followed all the protocols, he informed the club and given mandate to cast the vote by consulting three PDGs of club.
7. President informed that he spoke to all 3 PDGs separately and casted vote by taking majority.
8. President also informed PDG Giri garu and PDG Gopi were in favour or one candidate and PDG Jawahar Garu supported
another candidate. The vote was casted considering the majority.

Rtn Savida naidu and Rtn Venkat Shared the presentation on HOSPICE and took us through current status of the RCB signature project “ SPARSH HOSPICE” RCB shared detail list of opportunities to be part of the project through donations and contributions either in cash or kind Rtn Y. V Giri thanked Rotary club of Banjara Hills team for showcasing the project and informed the President of RCB that internally the Club members will revert on RCHE participation.

President Welcomed all the members for the first physical meeting and the efforts taken by all the members.
Rtn Madhu informed the club that Members visited Nandigama village and donated 6 Vegetable carts to Vegetable vendors who do not have have carts. DG designate project RCHE on 2nd October 2020 distributed 7 vegetable carts to Nandigama vegetable vendors who are selling vegetables sitting on ground . Event happened in the presence of ZP chairman Ram Mohan and other village heads . RCHE members Rtn Bhaskar reddy, Rtn TMN Chowdhary, Rtn Satya, Rtn CV Subba Rao and President YV Giri were also present .
All the Members applauded the effort of Rtn madhu and Rtn Ganesh Sawarkar for all the coordination.
Rtn Y. V.Giri., informed that On the 3rd Oct a signing of MOU of Skin bank will be completed between Osmania General Hospital , RCHE , RCBN and National Burn Centre . This project is going to be a reality and will be inaugurated soon.
Rtn. Y. V. Giri also informed that Fund Raising Programme is taking momentum with huge visibltiy . Artists Sunil Pal and Ahasan Quershi are going to perform on virtual platform ,he inform a fund raising event is going on all India level . He requested each member to participate and involve in selling Donor Passes. He applauded all the efforts of Rtn TMN Chowdhary and Rtn Vikram Muday for all the efforts . .

to agree with famous Surf Excel advertisement - daag ache hai ( maraka manchide), because Hyderabad East became more active in Covid or Post Covid situation. We practically used Virtual Meetings to our advantage in all aspects.. be it Speaker Meetings, Be it District Program, be it a Cultural Show or a Fund Raising event... The August, September and October months witnessed back to back several meetings and activities. As we were on Dist Program Antakkshari and worked almost a month long program and produces 4 Sun Riser News Letters on 4 Sep 2020, 5 Sep 2020, 12 Sep 2020, 19 Sep 2020, we did not bring out our Monthly Sun Risers for August and September months and brought out this issue with 3 months activities.

The Club Leadership is working on this SKIN Bank Project for the last 6 months , more so in the last 3 months on understanding the size and volume and depth of the project, talking to various Stakeholders, negotiating with few Hospitals and finalizing with Osmania Govt Hospital.

First ever Virtual Installation
in the History of
“ Rotary Club of Hyderabad East”.
Dear Friend Rotarians
34th “Installation Nite” Virtual Platform was executed on par with any International standard .
Rtn Pashu Jabhak was MC for the evening and with his professional touch and humour he carried out the entire event of installation like a Maska on Bun. The event started with lighting of lamp which surprised everyone with Chief Guest literally standing along the incoming and outgoing president. Rtn President Srini shared his years achievement on PPT and all the guests present applauded him for his leadership during his period. AV of the Jewel change was another surprise because Outgoing president and Incoming president met at a common place a day earlier and wanted to give physical feel to the most important event for any incoming president. President gave an acceptance speech starting with a AV which was with all club members giving commitment that all ready to seize the opportunity in the line with Rotary International Theme “Rotary Open Opportunities”. DGE Rtn Prabhakar garu performed the oath taking for incoming President , SecretaryandalltheDirectors.Healsogaveaveryinspiring speech and urged that RCHE should win Best Club award and Best president award for the year 2020-2021, he reiterated quoting RCHE got a privilege and experience of three district governors in the club. Guest of Honor , Assistant Governor Rtn Mallik garu assured that he shall extend all his support and guidance the Club and President . Finally DG Hanumanth Reddy garu gave an inspiring speech and motivated all club members with his excellent quotes and asked club to focus on Membership and have given a target to double the current Club Membership, he also shared about “ Breast Feeding Kiosks “ which is his personal district project, he asked RCHE to take up at 5 to 6 kiosks this year.
Greetings to you all
It gives me immense pleasure in writing this note . We have already finished one month in this rotary year and time is flying by . Time is something we have no control on, so let’s focus on what we can actually control.
Let me tell you friends we are pacing at good speed and our plans are on track. Our signature project is still taking time to gain momentum as Covid19 has become priority at the moment.
This month we kick started with virtual installation which created a certain benchmark. We had tambola evening where we saw 37 families on the Virtual platform which was very encouraging to see such great bonding amongst our club members. This was followed by speaker meet on Kargil Vijay Diwas, we had eminent speaker Air Vice Marshall Sagar Bharti (R) .
On Project front we did two projects which received huge publicity in reputed newspapers.
Finally I would like to say one thing, let’s keep the same spirit and togetherness especially during this Pandemic. I like to sign off by saying , it’s time to serve and donate because people need it now and not after crisis’
