1. President Giri welcomed all the members of the club and briefed on the developments at Skin Bank.
2. He informed that Superintendent of Osmania General Hospital has sent a mail for changes in MOU.
3. Skin Committee will meet and finalize the changes.
4. Rtn Suren, Rtn Raavi and President met CPRO of South Central Railways regarding Breast Feeding KIOSKs.
5. CPRO proposed if our Club can take up Handfree Water dispensers.
6. Rtn Suren and Rtn Madhu will be coordinating on the above project and take it forward.
7. President Giri conveyed that “ Tree Plantation “ on 15th August 2020 was a great success and thanked entire club for their
support.
8. On the same day evening i.e.15th Aug Rtn Vikram Muday organized “ Antakshari event.
9. President informed that “ Toilet “ for Panjagutta School Staff was formally inaugurated on 1st September 2020.
Director Club Admin – Rtn Satya Narayana
1. Rtn Satya Narayana informed that RCHE and Rotary Club of Bapatla are working hard in organizing District Level Anthakshari which is first ever event, He Applauded Rtn Vikram Muday and Rtn CV Bhaskar garu for working on the event relentlessly.
2. Rtn Satya Narayana proposed Rs 80000 for organizing further events for which all club members agreed and it was seconded by Rtn Suren, he also communicated that he will be having more Fellowships for better bonding.
Important Points
1. Rtn Chowdhary informed that on Literacy day which is 8th September he is organizing Speaker Meeting – Speaker will be Shree Navin Mittal.
2. Rtn Sudesh proposed RO plant maintenance at Botanical Garden Kondapur, Total cost of Maintenance is Rs. 50000/- per annum . Rtn Rajshekhar Reddy will be share 50% and RCHE 50% after due disssucsion Club accepted the proposal and Seconded by Rtn Satya
