LB290 Public International Law

This course explores legal issues on the
economic integration of ASEAN, the evolution
of ASEAN Economic Community, and the
transformation of ASEAN to ASEAN
Community, which consists of three
pillars: ASEAN Political-Security Community
(APSC), ASEAN Economic Community
(AEC) and ASEAN Socio-Cultural
Community. The scope of this course embraces
the nature and structure of the organization,
sources of ASEAN law and its external
relations with contracting states and
international organizations.

COMPARATIVE ECONOMIC COMMUNITY LAW

Prerequisite: Have taken or taking
LB290 Public International Law

This course provides a study of the legal
histories of interesting economic integrations.
Comparative analyses of these economic blocs
will also be conducted.

LB 499

MOOT COURT

This course provides an opportunity for
students to apply international law in mock court
cases by writing memorials and presenting oral
arguments before the courts.
