Ishqbaaz Last Day Shoot
Star Plus’ popular show Ishqbaaz has been hitting headlines since its inception. The makers took a major decision of
generation leap. Post leap, the viewers witnessed many characters’ exit and new actors entering the show. Although
the show had an interesting storyline, the ardent fans were upset with Surbhi Chandna’s exit! The show didn’t fetch the
required TRPs, which finally led to its shut down! Recently, Gul Khan announced the show’s end. Nakuul Mehta shared
an emotional post as they shot for the last few episodes. Now, Niti Taylor, who joined the cast post leap, has penned an
emotional post.

own web series. So that’s how Teriyan Gallan happened. I

leaving Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 anytime soon ( mid-March was the original plan),

about her exit since the past few weeks and just when it was being said that
she will be out anytime soon, we hear that she is here to stay for the next 6-7

the middle of shooting Article 15, being directed by the super talented Anubhav Sinha. Yesterday, we had
a challenging day - a shot required us to enter into a swamp and do a gripping scene. We realised that the
swamp was filled with leeches only when we were in the middle of the shot! I would like to salute my brave
team of investigating officers (it’s an honour to act with these talented actors) for finishing the scene despite
a vicious leech attack! Anubhav Sinha hum aapke liye khoon bahane ko tayaar hain.” He even shared a
picture of the shoot.

Rishi Kapoor, Big B Remember Shashi
Kapoor on Birth Anniversary
n the occasion of the 81st birth anniversary of late actor-filmmaker Shashi Kapoor, his nephew and veteran
actor Rishi Kapoor got nostalgic. Rishi took to social media and posted two photographs of the Deewar actor
Owhen he was conferred with Dada Sahab Phalke award in 2015.
“Happy Birthday Shashi Uncle,” he wrote along with a photograph in which he can be seen posing with Shashi, Neetu
Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. Rishi, who is currently undergoing a medical treatment in New York, also
shared a photograph of Shashi with his children – Kunal Kapoor and Sanjana Kapoor.
“What a proud moment for the Shashi Kapoor family! Dada Sahab Phalke award for him. Third Phalke Award in the
family! Happy Birthday uncle,” Rishi added.
Apart from the Karz actor, actress Shabana Azmi, who did Fakira with Shashi, wished him on his birth anniversary. She
tweeted: “Shashiji. We miss you. Your warmth, your generosity, your humanity. Today would have been your 81st birth-
day.”
Shashi Kapoor’s Namak Halaal co-star Amitabh Bachchan also remembered him.
Shashi, the youngest brother of famous Kapoor brothers of Bollywood, made his onscreen debut in his elder brother
Raj Kapoor’s directorial film Aag as a child actor. And in 1961, Shashi debuted as full-fledged hero in Yash Chopra’s
film Dharmputra.
For his contribution to Indian cinema, he was honoured thrice with National Awards. He was also conferred the Pad-
ma Bhushan. Films like Deewar, Satyam Shivam Sundaram and Kabhie Kabhie were some of his iconic films.
As a producer, he worked on films such as Junoon, Vijeta and 36 Chowringhee Lane. Later, he made his directorial
debut in 1991 with Ajooba.
Shashi died in 2017 after battling liver cirrhosis. He was 79.
