11.4 GRAVITAS SHAH ALAM SELANGOR

Gravitas Shah Alam is a 3-storey link industrial building with an approximate size of 30.58m x 10.06m (307.63sqm)
was acquired by AWWAM on 14th August 2017 for the purpose of setting-up another training centre to cater for
AWWAM courses or workshops in the Central Region. However, it was found out later in the year 2017 that EiMAS
had appointed another training provider for conducting CePSWaM competency courses in the Central Region.

Thus, the initial plan to set-up a training centre in Gravitas Shah Alam had to be abandoned. The building is
currently under rental agreement with a client in Shah Alam.

Gravitas Shah Alam was developed by OSK Property Holdings Berhad, located near the major highways, the
Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), the North-South Central Expressway (ELITE), Federal Highway, Shah
Alam Expressway (KESAS) and the Kemuning-Shah Alam Expressway (LKSA).

AWWAM Gravitas Shah Alam is located at the following address:

Gravitas Shah Alam, No. 11, Jalan 22/6, Seksyen 22, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor.

11.5 AWWAM HEAD OFFICE (HEADQUARTERS) IN SEREMBAN 2

The present 3-storey shop office building with an approximate size of 19.82m x 7.93m (471.52sqm) was acquired
by AWWAM on 20th June 2022. The building was occupied by AWWAM employees since 01st April 2015 when they
moved from Kilang SME Bank at Lot 5 & 7, Kompleks Premis Kilang SME Bank, Taman Perindustrian Ringan
Seremban in Negeri Sembilan.

The building is located at centre of new township of Seremban 2 with pleasant atmosphere and complete with self-
sufficient business facilities and supermarkets including Mydin and Aeon within two (2) kilometres radius. This
building has become AWWAM main office for the management and operations of its business activities.

11.6 LOT NO. 60753, LAND AT TELUK KALUNG INDUSTRIAL AREA, MUKIM KEMAMAN

As part of the natural progression for business continuity process AWWAM has made plan for its business survival
by focusing on its core competencies for the expansion plan closer to the oil and gas industries. In third quarter
2019 after the initial survey of business potential market in a number of locations in the Southern, Northern and
East Coast Regions of the Peninsular Malaysia, it was decided that AWWAM should develop and replicate its
current business model in Teluk Kalung Industrial Area, Terengganu so as to be closer to its potential customers in
the oil and gas industries.

On 01st April 2022, AWWAM delegation went to Chukai, Kemaman, Terengganu to discuss with a few parties on
the potential business expansion plan and to make site visits at a few locations including Teluk Kalung Industrial
Area. During the site visit at Teluk Kalung Industrial Area, it was noted that there was a piece of industrial land was
offered for sale. Thus, when the opportunity arises, AWWAM decided to purchase a piece of industrial land with an
area of approximate 10,000sqm (about 2.5 acres) in Teluk Kalung Industrial Area from Casa Armada Sdn Bhd on
22nd July 2022.

AWWAM has planned to develop this land into a replicate of existing business model as PLASMA 2. Currently
AWWAM is still in the process of purchasing the land and the Sales and Purchase Agreement have been signed on
22nd July 2022.

12.0 CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

AWWAM believes that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part to the long term sustainability. With
full recognition of the privileged contribution from the community in the business, AWWAM encourages and
supports all its employees to be involved in the volunteering works in the areas of communication, education,
culture and social development for local community.
AWWAM shall manage its businesses in a manner that respects the right of the community in which we live in and
operate its facilities through sustainable and responsible approach. A collection of photographs of CSR activities
are shown in Appendix 12.
Figure 13 shows the CSR activities held by AWWAM from July 2012 to September 2022.
