The exceptional organoleptic characteristics of our liqueurs, such as the strong and resistant perfume, the intense and unmistakable taste and the bright color are therefore due to the exclusive production process, manual and traditional, and above all to the use of highly selected fresh products. For the infusion, untreated seasonal fruits are used, exclusively from Salento, organically grown and harvested when fully ripe in the Mediterranean sun the day before being put in the fusion. The selection and peeling of citrus fruits is done manually. The seasoning takes place in the dark and the filtering with a linen cloth by free fall. This production process, so slow, traditional and manual, makes our elixirs simply unique, genuine and of high quality.

The TERRITORY On the highest hill of the southern Murge, where the woods cover a large part of the territory, paying close attention to genetics and nutrition control, we breed and fatten our pigs free to roam in the woods, with the undergrowth plants and acorns that abound during summer and autumn.
