This two-story villa was designed by the Italian architect Ermenegildo Duccio in 2006. The
Mexican style predominantly uses trunks, palapas and round spaces, and all the furniture is
inspired by nature and reflects soft colors to invite pure relaxation. The design uniquely combines
the feeling of being in a wild atmosphere with a modern touch, providing a sensation of nature
right in the middle of the Caribbean. The villa is fully equipped with everything needed, including
a sauna, private cinema and fully equipped gym for workouts at any time without leaving the

OCHO RIOS, JAMAICA

CANOE COVE

In the 1950’s, Kingston attorney Clinton Hart happened onto this remarkable three-acre waterfront
location, bought it and built a simple beach cottage for his family. Through the generations, Canoe
Cove has been a beloved family home. In 2015, Hart’s grandson replaced the worn cottage with a
new sort of architecture — straightforward, uncomplicated and loaded with thoughtful comforts and
essentials to redefine luxury in a beach, barefoot lifestyle. The newly rebuilt Canoe Cove is a dream
come true.

The villa itself is stylish without pretense or overstatement, uncluttered and totally livable. Inside,
textures of exotic woods establish a grounded, organic ambiance as a backdrop against stylish
furnishings. Cedar, Jojoba, Honduran pine, marble, coral stone and natural cement floors are cool
under bare feet. Finishes of reclaimed teak and driftwood echo the Caribbean venue. The 200-foot
beach ranges in width from sea wall to surf from fifteen feet in high tide to thirty feet in low tide,
varying with weather patterns.

Villa Rockstar is located within the Eden Rock Hotel’s premises and on the beach of St. Jean
Bay. Surrounded by ten-foot walls, the property is particularly private and secure, yet a stout

Built on three levels, the villa is comprised of north and south houses. Four uniquely styled king-

feature of the villa is that it includes a fully equipped recording studio to ensure its Rockstar
status. The mixing console in the recording studio was even used by John Lennon to record the
iconic “Imagine” music.
