Great Value Tours to Korea & Japan

Ever since I led our very first group to Japan and Korea in 2008, I fell in love with these amazing destinations. The
traditional history & culture, the friendly people, unique architectural designs, delicious local food. And there’s so
much more that is waiting for you to explore & enjoy!

After successfully running our fully inclusive group tours for the last 7 years in this region, we have completed a
major makeover on our 2016-17 product range. You will find it’s now easier to navigate our brochures by browsing
small group touring, private touring and independent touring sections.

Our signature fully inclusive small group touring provides frequent departure dates with 6-10 passengers for

each departure (except from some seasonal tours, which attract higher numbers). The private touring offering the

tailor-made options based on our extensive experience & destination knowledge. You can either travel on any of

our hand-picked group itinerary at any time or create a desired trip just for you. (Due to the extremely high cost

in Japan, we would recommend to join one of our package tours to avoid paying more than you need to). Our

Independent touring offers ready-made packages with the great flexibility and excellent value. No matter which

products you are choosing, you will be surprised by the exceptional value for money and high standard service we

brochure. You will find we’ve created a new unique combo tour 18 Days Japan, Taiwan and Hong Kong. You can

also add Hong Kong post stay after joining our famous triple indulgence tour of 20 days Japan, Korea and Taiwan.

In addition, we’ve made weekly departures throughout the year for all Korea small group touring, all combination

tours and Japan Semi Independent touring, so the choice is yours! In addition, we are adding an extra night in

Tokyo for Cherry Blossom and Garden tours in 2017 to allow you to enjoy this vibrant city at your own pace!

We understand booking a holiday is an important decision and there’s no doubt you’ll have some more queries
to be sure you’ve chosen the best tour for you. Please feel free to contact us to discuss this further. We hope you
enjoy reading the brochure and dealing with our professional team and you can join us in 2016 to experience the

Japan | Introduction

Introduction to Japan

Japan is situated in north eastern Asia between the North Pacific and the Sea of Japan. The area of Japan
is 377,873 square kilometres, nearly equivalent to Germany and Switzerland combined or slightly smaller
than California. With total population of 127 million, Japan is covered by four major islands: Hokkaido,
Honshu, Shikoku and Kyushu and surrounded by more than 4,000 smaller islands. Among the vibrant green
of the mountains, amidst the fluttering cherry blossom petals, within the transition of the four seasons,
people see colours. Within characters painstakingly written by brush, in Japanese-style homes fragrant of
wood, in tableware that colours the dining table, people admire shapes. Japan’s colours and shapes are
messages that convey spirit and culture

Korea | Introduction Introduction to Korea

Korea is a country of two distinct aspects, the traditional and historic as well as the sleek and the new. The
country is determined to leave its troubles behind and has entered the new millennium with a renewed
optimism and passion. Despite the ever widening gap between these two, the former has not completely
displaced the latter. These days most towns consist of a new, fashionable area, where discos, karaoke
bars, coffee shops and stores sell a variety of goods – everything from designer-label clothing to freshly
baked French bread. But in these same towns you will also find the old Korea ; street markets formed in an
intriguing maze where vendors sell everything from food, fruits, vegetables and seafood just as they have
done for hundreds of years before. Korea has much to offer, the avid traveler and many believe it to be
the unspoiled gem of Asia. It possesses largely untouched natural landscapes, a vibrant history with
traditional culture and local people who are friendly, welcoming and curious.
