Overview

AnyFlip is a professional digital publishing
solution that will enable you to create
amazingly engaging page flip digital
publications from ordinary Adobe PDF
files. AnyFlip provides solution for both
Windows and Mac users. In addition to
enabling you to design the book with rich
pre-designed resources (templates,
themes, backgrounds, animated scenes,
plug-ins) and 100+ custom settings,
AnyFlip endows you with the ability to add
interactivities: videos, YouTube, Vimeo,
audio, image galleries, links and many
other animations.

Powerful as it is, this flip book maker is
easy to operate. From import to publish,
AnyFlip does not involve any programming
knowledge or require you to write even a
single code. Just within a few minutes,
you can create and publish a versatile
digital flip book.

This digital publishing software uses
HTML5 technology, allowing you to make

Publish to Local:

application that can run individually on
Windows computers.

executable application that can work

Quick Start

Install
After you download the software, run the
EXE (Windows) or ZIP (Mac) file and
install AnyFlip on your computer.

Launch & Login

Start the application via the desktop
shortcut; and click “Online” at the top left
menu, select “Login” to login with you
registered AnyFlip account.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can
create a new one with your email.

Create New Project

Click the "Create New" button to open the
Import window.

Import PDF

In the pop-up Import window, Click the

"Browse.." icon to select a PDF file

in the browse window, and then click the

"Import Now" icon to enter into

template setting interface.

Customize Flipbook

In the main interface, customize the
flipbook based on a selected template:
choose a theme, define custom settings
and so on. And then click the "Apply
Change" icon.

Add Multimedia

Click the "Edit Pages" icon to open the
Page Editor. You can enrich the flipbook
with multimedia elements: local video,
YouTube, Vimeo, audio, images, photo
slideshows, etc.

Publish Flipbook

Click the "Upload Online" icon to publish
the flipbook online to AnyFlip Cloud
Platform.

page-flipping eBook to your local

Click the “Arrow” icon to publish the
flipping book as plugin for
WordPress/Joomla/Drupal, to FTP Server,

Create New: Create a new flip book
project.
Import PDF: Import a PDF or multiple
PDF files and convert to flipbook.
Edit Pages: Open Page Editor to add
multimedia, animation and other objects.

Open Project: Open a flipbook project
(*.flb format file) that you've saved.

Open the project from output
folder: Open the flipbook project directly
from the output folder (where you
published the flipbook before).

Save Project: Save current settings of
the flipbook project (*.flb format file) so
you can open the project and continue
customizing the flipbook later.

Save Project As…: Save the flipbook
project as a new file so as not to override
the previous settings of your flipbook.

Recent Projects: Move your mouse to
"Recent Projects" and you will see the
latest flipbook projects you've created.

Recent Outputs: Move your mouse to
"Recent Outputs" and you will see the
latest flipbooks you've published.

Clear Recent: You can clear all the recent
projects and outputs.

Export Current Settings as Theme:
Export current settings as a theme (*.thm
format file) and you can apply these
settings to other flipbooks.

Import Themes: You can import the
themes that you exported before directly
and apply the settings to a current
flipbook.

Export Page Info: Export and save the
objects (multimedia and other items) used
in Page Editor.

Import Page Info: Import the objects
(multimedia and other items) that you
saved from Page Editor and apply to
current project.

Export the template setting…: Export
current template settings and save to a
Text file.

Import the template setting…: Import
the template setting (Text file) and apply
to current flipbook project.

Option

Flash Language
Choose a native language for the flipbook
so target audiences can read your book
without encountering language problem.
Besides, you can choose multiple
languages so readers can switch among
these languages.

Flash Security
Set password security to protect the
flipbook from unauthorized access; and
you can protect specific pages by inputting
custom page range.

Book Cover
You are able to add, create and edit the
cover for the flipbook.

You can edit the cover by adding text,
image and info (author, title and logo).
And you can make the cover as hard
cover or soft cover.

Application Options
You can select a render engine for
conversion. Besides, you can customize
settings for mobile version.

Language

This language option is different from
Flash Language setting; it allows you to
change the UI language of the software.
There are 12 international languages
available for use. You can select your
mother tongue or familiar language for
the software interface.

View

By default, the software will only display a
few of these settings in the template
setting panel. If you want to display
specific setting in the template setting
panel, you need to select it.

Online

Any Flip Cloud Service allows you to
publish the flipbooks to our online server,
which means even though you don't have
a website, you can still make your flipbook
online and share with others.

Login

After you create an account, you can login
with the account to manage the online
books.

Disable auto login
You can enable Auto login so when you
click the "Login" option, you can login to
manage your books. Otherwise, you can
disable this option.

Upload Online
After you login, you can upload the
flipbook to AnyFlip Cloud Platform.

Manage Online Books
Once you are logged in, you can manage
your online flipbooks in AnyFlip Cloud
Platform. You can share, modify,
show/hide, delete, download, move
another category, change listing order,
add external online books and export the
book.

Import File

Click "Import PDF" to open the import window in the main
interface and import a PDF to create a new flipbook project.

Edit Pages

You can click "Edit Pages" to open the Page Editor where you
can add multimedia and other animated objects to the
flipbook. You can add videos, YouTube, Vimeo, audio,

images, shapes, hot spots, buttons and even e-Commerce
items such as Shopping Cart with PayPal integrated.

Apply Change

Click the "Apply Change" button to save the settings and
apply to the flipbook, and you can preview the effect in the

Publish to Local

Click the "Publish" icon to publish the flipbook to your local
computer. You can publish the book in HTML, ZIP, EXE, App

If there is Table of Contents in your source PDF file, you can
import the TOC while importing the PDF file in Import
window.

But if your PDF doesn't contain TOC, you can create one
manually. It’s easy to add, delete, edit and re-arrange the
title and index. And with just a few clicks, you can create a

multi-level custom Table of Contents for the flipbook
publication.

Add

Click the "Add" button to add an index, and then input title
and page for the index.

Click the "Add Child" button to add a sub item and set title
