Experience
Ms. Stevenson joined JLL in June of 2017, following her graduation from the
University of Denver. Prior to joining the Agency Leasing team in 2019, Ms.
Stevenson was a financial analyst for JLL's Capital Markets Group. In this role,
Ms. Stevenson assisted in securing debt and equity financing for all property
types, which included executing all aspects of pre-marketing due diligence,
underwriting, offering materials production and facilitating marketing and
closing processes.
Education and Affiliations
Ms. Stevenson earned a B.S. from the University of Denver, Daniels
College of Business. Ms. Stevenson achieved a degree in Marketing
complemented by minors in Economics and Communication Studies.
During her tenure at the University of Denver, Ms. Stevenson was a

Thomas (TJ)

Current Responsibilities
TJ Jaroszewski is the JLL Rocky Mountain Region Director of Research. He steers JLL’s
research platform by delivering high-level market analysis to clients. With 15 years of
research-related experience, he oversees the regional platform and is responsible for
reporting on emerging market trends affecting nearly 600 million square feet of office and
industrial property. In this role, TJ’s focus is directed toward expanding Research
capabilities, generating customized analyses and publishing studies to validate real estate
strategies and risks. He ensures research alignment with JLL business objectives through
the generation of economic updates, market forecasts, demographic studies and think
pieces that target specific industries and opportunities.
Experience
TJ’s background includes coverage of multiple product types and spans several markets.
Prior to joining JLL, he was Divisional Research Director for the Colorado region with CBRE,
where he authored the regional market outlook study that reflected commercial trends
throughout the Denver Metro, highlighting economic indicators, landlord and tenant
behavior, vacancy and rental projections. Before relocating to Colorado, he was Research
Manager in the Grubb & Ellis Seattle office, writing its quarterly market reports and
managing the 254 million-square-foot Puget Sound property database. Prior, he acted as a
Research Editor with The Real Deal — a print magazine focused on New York City real
estate. TJ began his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield’s global headquarters in
Manhattan. As Senior Research Associate, he led a team of specialists in collecting varied
economic and real estate metrics while executing analyses of market conditions and
forecasts for the Tri-State region. In 2006, he traveled to New Delhi, India, to teach and train
50 team members of Cushman’s internal data collection operation.
Education and Affiliations
TJ studied political science at Fordham University and was a Dean’s Scholar.

Amanda Seyfried
Senior Analyst
Research
Current Responsibilities
As a research and market analyst, Mandy Seyfried is primarily focused on
preparing market trend statistics, lease and sale comparables and local
office report products for the Denver Metro area. Utilizing proprietary,
self-generated and public research sources combined with on-the-
ground verification and market intelligence, she arrives at fully
considered research. She works closely with a variety of business lines
and assists with new business development pursuits, as well as
development of custom research pieces.
Experience
Since joining JLL in 2007, Mandy has contributed her expertise to a
multitude of client presentations and company reports, including the
quarterly Denver Market Lease, Sale and Development Dashboards, Office
Market Statistics and Office Insight reports, as well as industry reports for
energy, life sciences, high-tech, banking, and law firms, amongst others.
Prior to joining the Denver office, Mandy supported 15 office brokers at
The Staubach Company in Seattle, Washington, prior to its merger with
JLL in July 2008. In this role, she prepared client presentations, market
summaries and tours, financial analyses and market research. This role
allowed her to gain experience in several different areas of commercial
real estate and made for a smooth transition into a full-time market
research role.

Current Responsibilities
Andriana oversees the property marketing efforts for the West Region.
With her team of property marketing experts, she develops effective
strategy, creative brands and engaging programs for a variety of property
types. She works hand-in-hand with JLL’s national property marketing
and design teams to create best-in-class experiences and collateral in a
360-degree marketing campaign approach. Additionally, she works with
brokerage, marketing, design and research counterparts across the
region to implement best practices ensuring clients maintain a
competitive edge in the marketplace.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL in 2020, Andriana worked across the fashion, retail
and luxury industries at Conde Nast Publishing, Net-A-Porter and Farfetch
Limited. She’s held both leadership and commercial positions. Her
expertise is in 360 integrated marketing strategy, planning and
campaigns.
Education and Affiliations
Andriana graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Marketing. After 10 years in
New York, she moved to London where she earned her master’s degree
from the University of Arts London in Media, Communications and
Marketing.

Jennifer oversees the property marketing efforts for the Rocky Mountain
Region in Agency Leasing, Industrial and Healthcare. She works closely
with JLL’s brokerage and design teams to project manage and create
best-in-class marketing experiences.
Experience
Jennifer has an extensive background in marketing and design, with over
a decade of commercial real estate experience at a national and global
capacity. Seven of those years in CRE were spent leading creative direction
for national events for Colliers International and has been recognized for

for handling any conflicts which may arise in connection with providing services for an existing or prospective tenant
seeking to consummate a transaction at the potential assignment.
Conflict avoidance and resolution is an issue that we take very seriously and is confronted by any firm that offers advisory real estate
services to clients. Given our footprint in the North American commercial real estate market, the most likely conflict that could arise
would be a JLL tenant representation team representing a client interested in pursing a transaction at a property represented by a
JLL leasing team.
If a JLL tenant representation broker enters negotiations with any building represented by a JLL leasing team, we will implement the
following procedures:
• We will provide immediate and full disclosure to ownership if the candidate tenant is represented by a JLL tenant representation
team.
• We will handle all communications with building representatives consistently, professionally and respectfully.
• We will strictly prohibit any kind of communication about the project between our transaction team and the landlord’s team by
implementing an information barrier prohibiting communication between the two sides.
• We will ensure that all our communications and proposals are stored in password protected directories.
• Finally, as a matter of standard policy, in addition to each team member’s commitment to our global code of ethics, we will also
ensure that all team members serving your project execute an appropriate Confidentiality Agreement to reinforce our team’s
