Foreword
“Don’t ever diminish the power of words. Words move hearts & hearts move limbs” –
Anonymous
The above is so true when one starts to read the work published in this year’s
‘Words’. The feeling with which these pieces are written can be sensed from the
choice of words & the language used; and each one of these will touch your heart
& soul.
It is so encouraging to see our middle schoolers’ come up with a fresh piece each
time they write, which is nothing short of talent, passion, enthusiasm & maturity. In
Earl Nightingale’s words “Creativity is a natural extension of our enthusiasm” & this
is what the students of MYP at PWS exhibit.
An amalgamation of creative writing by our MYP students, ‘Words’ is a treasure to
have to adorn your library.

Brightness The Future We Thought About
The future is a hope that brings happiness,
Dark roads at night,
And lights up like brightness.
I felt delight,
Just below our childhood there is another world
The night was dark,
which awaits,
But there was no spark,
Until we become mature enough to make our own
We hope for a hopeful future.

And get back all that’s good,
And don’t be in deny,
Our opinions will be heard as we grow up,
And stand up higher,
We will have a fun-filled life with a glancing few fights. We hope for a hopeful future.
As we grow up, we flow to what we want to become,
But to choose anyone.
There is no other better way to lighten up,
Don’t always be in fright,
The future is our hope, let’s make our dreams true
There is always an excite,
We can tie our studies as a rope, and make it

Hope A Taste of Realisation
I hope for a good future down the line, Dandelions adjacent to me,
One filled with happiness and joy, Not a feather that sunk,
Though I can’t do anything about it since its mine, Timidly blowing the cypsela,
I hope I still have my childhood toys.
As I was stunned by my vivacity.
I hope the environment is better in the future,
The world might be a very different place, Nothing is sepia, a gaudy future
Or is that just a rumor Stars twinkled amidst the sky,
Nothing that is of significance promptly,
I hope that’s not the case. I, as free as a bird cognizant of who I am

The Beautiful Blue Sky Maybe, One Day
The beautiful blue sky Playing, laughing, having fun,
High up in the air, Smiles on all our faces,
Everyone cheerful,
The sun is shining at its peak, Everyone merry,
what a good sight to seek,
Disaster struck,
The beautiful blue sky,
High up in the air, Our faces turned fearful,
For the next generation, Our happiness ripped apart,
I will do my best to give you the motivation, Our futures turned dark.
May the future generation, No hopes,
See the beautiful blue sky, No faith,
All we could do is pray,
High up in the air, Maybe one day.
Keep the sky clean, Rajveer Bedi
Just like we imagined in our dreams.

The Future Which Was the Past Future life
As we sit in our classes, The future will be bright if the people will go
breathing in our masks right.
We imagine the future,
If the future will be bright, we will be tight.
which was the past If we obey the future the future will obey the
right.
A world free of Covid, If we obey the future everyone will be right.
with all the doors open
Bustling people all around,
everything covering the ground if the future is healthy, we will be wealthy.
if we are right the future will be bright.
Play dates and play mates, if the thing goes like the future will be harsh.
If nature is good the future will be a full field.
picnics, talks and walks
Free from the restrain,
away from the constrain If we plant trees, we are going to get good

As we sit in our classes, If the future is bright everything is going to go
breathing in our masks
We hope for the future and freedom, right.
If the teachers are right, we are the persons
