When I see a future with you, The future is something we all wait for,

The wind blows, I imagine a future where winds are soft and cold,
The clouds fly, And the tall redwood trees blow in the breeze.
In the midnight sky. Where Scott pines cover the earth like a canopy,

Where the owls hoot, I imagine a future where the sun will rise from the sea,
And rays of the morning sun will brighten up the trees.
The bird's chirp,

The animals live in peace,

Yes, I hope. I imagine a hopeful future. My future depends on me.
A future, I can make it or break it,

where man does not thirst for man's blood, I can be any one I want to be.
where wars and conflicts are consigned to the dustbin My future is my making.

of history, I can shape it in whatever way I want.
where human interaction is based on love and mutual My future may be an astronaut or a

respect, teacher.
where differences of race, color, creed, caste, I might become the president,
ethnicity, language, belief, faith, doctrines, ideology It can change, it is never certain.
I can be a billionaire or be poor.
just wither, I can shape it in whatever I want
where no human sleeps on an empty stomach,
where women are not subjected to male domination

Hope is All We Have! War Goes On




We often ask ourselves, Families torn apart, countries devastated, children
Will there be a better future? abandoned, buildings demolished, countless deaths
Will there be a peaceful world? this is war, whether it be in Ukraine, Crimea, France,

And I say, Germany, Taiwan, war is war
It only depends on us whether we will have A mother cries as she receives news that her son has

hope, died in this war
Hope for our future generation, Wife’s waiting with their children for the husband, yet he
never comes back. This war goes on, it does not stop for
Hope for a better nation,
Hope for better relations. the lives of the people, the war goes on
So let us come together and put faith in Buildings bombed, roads broken, families trapped in
these war-torn countries, people losing everything
ourselves
To create a better world, slowly.
A world devoid of inequalities and After the war the patriotic solider is left to rot with PTSD,
the parents, children, and family of the dead solders live
boundaries. a life without their beloved, all because the war goes on.
A world, we can proudly, call ours. In the end, these wars lead to new ones, it is an endless

Imagine a world filled to brim with alluring
Perhaps now that the sun has butterflies,
painted the sky a dull indigo
the brittle part of me shall rest for a world where when the beaming sun finally

What are we walking into? The sun that burns so bright

The Closet  

  The twist, turns, failure, delays, 

I sit here, with my hands clenched tight,   Despite the storms, looking deep within, 

The thought of myself succeeding is what Inside you and you will find the way to reach

I start to feel like there is some hope out My heart follows through the ray of hope,

Frieden Thinking about the ‘Future’ 

Countless trees cut down,  ‘Future’ it is big word, 
All small islands seem to drown.  Thinking about it all eternity long, 

Coal and fuel being burnt,  Dusk till Dawn, 
The economy has earnt.  Hoping for a pollution free world, 

  Without any discrimination  
Smoke as dark as the coal that it came from,  Where there is equality and  equity

Burnt from the crack of dawn.  Where all Have full freedom  
Cry of cars, trains and planes, 
The smoke suffocates me till there’s This is the hopeful future that I look forward
claustrophobia in my veins.  to.  

  Or we might all just be living virtually
But there is another way,  with headsets and living all alone  

A way of peace.  in this virtual world, I could never call my own
Stop the coal and fuel,  having to spend the day with a head set on, 
Use the sun and wind to keep you cool.  and having all the weight of expectations of all 

Plant the saplings,  what about becoming a hopeful future? 
And watch them grow.  Is there even a point to wondering on about a
