Welcome!

Colleagues,

It is time for our monthly newsletter, please welcome the November
edition. Please take a minute to check out all of the exciting things
happening around our hospital. In this edition, you will find updates
on our construction and facility investment, our employee
engagement, and our patient experience and quality initiatives.

Scott J. Davis, FACHE This was an exciting month for our hospital with our Demo and Donuts
Chief Executive Officer celebration for the new front entry beautification project as well as
our new brand “HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest” unveiling and
new signage installed around the facility. We also celebrated a
great Thanksgiving meal for all the staff, please take the time to thank
the dietary department for all their great work for that meal, it was
delicious!

I hope you all have plans to enjoy this Thanksgiving holiday with friends and loved ones.
It is a great time to reflect on all of our many blessings even though we all have
struggles every day. I am grateful for the love and support of the people that surround
me and the opportunity to work with all of you each day. Thank you for what you do in
making HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest a great place to work and receive care.

Goal Goal

“While visiting from FL for our grandsons birthday, my wife started feeling very ill.
Ambulance took her here. The staff in ER and on the floor were very caring and taking the
time to help her out during her overnight stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone here.”
