Description
Some rules of of basketball are no
double dribble. No contact with the
other team. At all time there has to be
two teams of five players on the court.
Also in the beginning of the game there
always has to be a jump ball. You have
three seconds to stand in the key
before you have to clear out. If you get
a f oul you could either get one shot or
two shots.
Compare and contrast
Some people think that men and women
basketball are different. But really the
difference is the basketball. Women's
basketball is one inch smaller than men's
basketball. The rules are nearly the same.
There is A WNBA which is for women.
Also the NBA which is for men.
Problem and Solution
A problem in basketball is that some
basketball players like to cheat, the
solution is that in the game they have
referee. Another problem in basketball is
you can get cramps and the solution of
that is not to drink a lot of water. Also
if you get fouled the solution is you get
to shoot for free points.
First you get into your uniform.
Second you get to the gym where the
game is played. Third you warm up.
Fourth the coach gives you a talk. Fifth
the coach gives the line up to go in. sixth
you go into play. That is all of the steps
for how a basketball game starts.
A lot of things can influence a basketball game
especially in the NBA. One of these influences is a
player’s emotional state. Players get angry and start to
rush shots and make bad decisions in the game. On the
contrary, there are some positive things that influence
players to do an excellent job that lead to various
recognitions. The sportsmanship award is an example if
this recognition. G rant Hill an example of a focused and
consistent basketball player is a favorite to win this
award
