When specific shipping instructions are lacking, the method of shipping
employed will be based on the nature of the material, destination and the
size and weight of the package. Many products are subject to HAZMAT fees.
Air shipments, at an additional charge, will be made upon request, with
the exception of hazardous chemicals banned from air shipment by DOT

Terms are Net 30 for established customers who have processed credit
information and have been assigned an IMEB, Inc. Customer ID number. We
also accept credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Minimum order of fifty dollars ($50.00) is enforced for any purchase.
If for any reason an item must be returned, please contact the main office
for a return authorization number (RMA). Overages or shortages of products
should be reported within 5 days of delivery.
If items are returned without an RMA, IMEB, Inc. will be unable to issue credit
towards your account. All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and all
shipping charges, but enforcement of this policy will depend on the particular
circumstances necessitating the return.
Damaged items or quality discrepancies must be reported to freight carrier
upon receipt and reported to IMEB, Inc. within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
There are no warranties either expressed or implied, which extend beyond
the description of the items as contained in this catalog. All of our chemicals
are offered for lab, research and investigational purposes only and are not
intended for food, drug, cosmetic, or household use.
All instrument warranty repair work must be issued through IMEB, Inc. service
department. IMEB, Inc. will have complete discretion to send service repair
technician directly from IMEB, Inc. service department or a third party repair
company. IMEB, Inc. will not be responsible for any instrument repair service if
not issued and authorized through our service department.
